Project Task/Challenge The client requested the development of a solution which allows the tourist to get an instant tour, from the guides, in any city of the world. Tourists and guides can access through a web and through an iOS and Android application. The solution must handle internal messaging, push notifications, geolocation, guide registration, Back Office, Back-end services, among others. Project Solution Development of a web and mobile platform that allows tourists to easily find a guide or a tour, covering these 4 areas as follows: * Instant Tour - This allows a tourist to hire a guide only by pushing a button in the app. The guide comes to pick them up and gives them a tour. * Find a guide - On the platform, guides are classified by different categories. The traveler selects by category, the type of specialized guide, he wants to book in advance. * Find a Tour - These are specific private tours established by the guides, which start at a specific time/date, have specific itineraries and include specific experiences. * Shore Excursions - Basically it works like a fixed tour, but at very specific times. The guide waits for the tourists at the cruise terminal and drops them off back at the cruise terminal, before boarding time. We had to develop a complete alert system, through mobile and voice notifications for the driver. Interpret and manage the ODBII protocol of different manufacturers of geolocation equipment for the interaction with vehicles. Project Solution We made a very complete driving assistant, which also comes with a driving coach. It covers all the needs of the driver in one tool. The assistant alerts, with voice advices when there is an incident on the road, you are near a speed control, near a radar, among other situations. It is equipped with a driving coach that analyzes the usual routes made and makes suggestions, in order to drive safely and efficiently. In addition, it brings car diagnosis information, statistics and analysis, nearest service stations, route conditions, weather, consumption, location, alert system: mechanical, accident, reminder, zones, trailers. The application has components of artificial intelligence, IOT, cloud computing in addition of the social and gamification management. We have achieved a complete alert system through mobile and voice notifications for the driver. We have specialized in the handling, processing and distribute all the information provided by the equipment, satellites, vehicles and mobiles. We integrated several communication protocols.
