Solution: We used N8N to build a modular automation flow and integrated OpenAI to extract, interpret, and structure key information, connecting directly to existing logistics systems. Impact: We dramatically cut response times and minimized human error. This solution saves hours of manual work, improves consistency, and ensures faster and more reliable communication with clients and carriers.

The challenge: Important logistics company that provides express package services, international freight forwarding, ground and air freight transportation, wanted to implement a new rate settlement model in order to apply them for the dispatches of their packages with greater efficiency. Solution: We designed and implemented a new settlement service complying with strict guidelines to efficiently calculate the rates associated with package-type dispatches. This new settlement service was able to capture data with a higher level of detail, providing more satisfactory, fair and agile results for customers.
