<p>Our Story</p><p>Amplora Ltd. was founded on a strong foundation of teamwork, shared ambition, and an unexpected series of events that brought its members together.</p><p>The first connection was made in late 2022 when Elwood and Nate met through school. Their shared passion for technology quickly led to a partnership, and together they launched a small tech repair shop. This early experience provided invaluable lessons in operations, customer service, and innovation.</p><p>In mid-2024, during Basic Military Qualification (BMQ), Ed and Max entered the picture. Already familiar with each other before training, Ed and Max had hoped to be paired as fireteam partners. However, the selection process took a different turn. The section was split into two lines, and fireteam partners were assigned based on who stood directly across from one another. By chance, Ed was paired with Nate instead, a decision that would shape the team’s dynamic in an unforeseen way.</p><p>What started as a random selection soon led to a strong bond built through training, discipline, and shared challenges through the Canadian Armed Forces. While Elwood was not part of the same BMQ course, he also serves in the CAF, further reinforcing the team’s disciplined and mission-driven mindset.</p><p>With Elwood and Nate’s deep technical expertise and hands-on experience, paired with Ed and Max’s strategic vision, the team had the perfect blend of skills to build something bigger. Amplora Ltd. was born, driven by resilience, adaptability, and the pursuit of meaningful growth. Strengthening the company’s foundation, two of its members also will soon hold degrees from the University of Winnipeg—one in marketing and the other in accounting—bringing essential expertise to Amplora’s operations, strategy, and financial direction.</p>
