We optimized the tools for workflow automation and alert management, which improved the processes and increased the efficiency of the entire platform. This project is a startup, so new requirements appear as soon as the client gets new feedback from their users. Our approach is flexible, so we select the most suitable methods to provide value and quality on each stage of the project.

Our client had an ongoing business in supplying laboratories with equipment and chemicals. The initial shopping experience was slow. 5 million products in a database made browsers lag, and the client’s order confirmation had an iteration of successive calls with the support team. As a result, the marketplace had a low conversion rate, and an excessive load on the support team. Our team created from scratch the huge platform for a marketplace that covers different user roles, and operates globally, managing over 5 million products.

Through our conversations with users and detailed feedback at every stage of the design process, we gained insights into users' motivations and needs that resulted in the perfect balance between the writing and gaming aspects of the product. Many writers strive to write every day, but struggle to get it done. To help them find motivation, our client invented a game for writing. The game has a large community of writers who have been using the system every day for several years. However, the system also had some usability issues which descreased the retention of new users. That’s why the client reached out to our agency to improve the user experience and help them attract more users.

Challenges: The product is 16 years old. During this time, it was created and improved by varios experts. Thus the product was extremly inconsistent and not user-friendly. Our task was to make a truly complex product easy to understand. And also make the development process undestandable and simple for the team. Delivery: Hi-Fidelity Interaction Prototype, UI language, design for all pages, design systems. Result: We have overcome the challenge of consistency in huge product. We have created patterns, components, elements and bases from which everything is built.

Initial requirements Our team has been working on the EHR system for almost 2 years.  We received a request to create an interface for telemedicine products, which will be integrated with the EHR system but still will be an independent product. COVID-19 With the outbreak of the global pandemic, we realized that now more than ever telemedicine will be relevant.  After all, this technology solves many problems at the same time. It helps solve the problem of congestion in the hospital.  Solves the problem with an initial examination, initial consultation at home. And also this is a great opportunity to monitor the condition of the patient at home. Indeed, many patients were treated for the virus at home.  Goals Create a quick and easy way for the patient. How to look for a doctor, how to schedule a consultation. To envisage ways for different patients: from those who have already been to the hospital and are going for a second consultation online to those who do not know which doctor they are looking for. Integrate a new product into the existing EHR system.
