<p>ASI is a state-of-the-art call center and a wholly-owned subsidiary of GE Appliances a Haier Company. ASI began in 1990 with the primary purpose of providing exceptional customer services to GE Appliances\' growing family of customers.\r\n\r\nASI is headquartered in Memphis, TN with another facility located in Rapid City, SD. Between both sites, ASI has approximately 650 employees nationwide.\r\n\r\nOur goal is to provide the consumer with the highest quality service, as well as exceptional experience. Our goal as ASI Consumer Advocates is to build a connection with our consumers and support them in a positive, efficient, and creative way to reasonably and satisfactorily resolve their concern.\r\n\r\nAt ASI, we don’t think of ourselves as call takers, we are problem solvers, solution seekers, listeners, and advocates.</p>
