The client has been engaged in agricultural equipment since 2012, constantly studying the market, expanding the range, following the preferences and desires of customers. A client came to us with the following request: we need to develop a business, live sales are no longer enough for growth, we need a tool for online sales. We have especially warm feelings for this customer, our work together was so pleasant. Spoiler - we could not leave, and now we have started the second stage - we are improving the working website so that it would be even more convenient for Agrostart customers in usage and placing orders. We started, of course, with the compilation of requirements and building a prototype based on them. In the prototype, we did not think about the design yet - the main thing was to outline the functions that should be on the site. When we draw up requirements with a customer, of course, we try to think over such moments. But looking at each screen visually is a completely different matter. It immediately becomes clear: "Here you need to add a button for a quick order" and much more. We drew all the screens, assembled them into a single scheme (which screen follows which), now you can start terms of reference and development. Of course, first of all, we did everything that the online store cannot function without - a catalog, a product card, a basket, various types of payment and receipt of an order. But they also added not quite ordinary components - reviews, and video reviews for the goods of the online store, the calculation of delivery from partner transport companies. The function with video reviews turned out to be very useful. Now many users no longer believe in hundreds of reviews on the Internet, published by an unknown person. And there a real person orders a device for himself and uses it, many of their customers even have their own blogs and subscribers - which means the store had an influx of new customers thanks to video content. We have achieved our goals - sales have grown, the geography of buyers has expanded significantly. But in addition, now the guys have collected feedback from customers, data on metrics and realized what could be improved. For example, it turned out that not everyone understands how to scroll through the video in the mobile version, so we decided to add “arrows”.
