<p>Austin Freight Systems (AFS)&nbsp; is a transportation broker providing expert supply chain and capacity solutions. AFS is headquartered in Austin, Texas with a branch in Chicago, Illinois. Austin Freight’s asset based sister company,&nbsp;Sutton Transport, is also based in Austin, Texas for all of our customers’ transportation needs. AFS also specializes in outbound and inbound freight for the California market.</p><p>Austin Freight Systems, Inc. (AFS) has grown into a corporation that is now moving into a new headquarters to support our extraordinary continued growth. In addition to our affiliate company, asset based,&nbsp;Sutton Transport, our sister company,, AFS also has a vetted carrier base of over 10,000 trucking partners.</p><p>Austin Freight Systems was founded by Brian Sutton and George Copeland in May of 1996. The two industry veterans and owners of AFS have a combined 80 years of experience together in trucking and transportation. Both owners have considerable experience as pioneers in LTL freight consolidation prior to the opening of Austin Freight Systems.</p><p>Mr. George Copeland &amp; Mr. Brian Sutton also founded Sutton Transport in 1999, an asset based nationwide truckload provider. Mr. Copeland &amp; Mr. Sutton are also partners in numerous real estate ventures.</p><p>AFS employees are dedicated to fulfilling our customers’ capacity and logistic needs in any type of industry conditions. The company hauled over 9,500 truckloads for their customer base in 2017.
