GoHealth Urgent Care is a healthcare platform that provides on-demand care services to customers across the United States. They have been in operation since 2002, and have since grown to become a major player in the industry with over 1,000 employees. However, their sales team was facing a major challenge – they were not being consistent enough in following up with their prospects, resulting in lost revenue and frustration for the team.
