A client needed a tool to monitor vital company performance KPIs. The company ERP system didn’t have an easy and useful module for monitoring sales, procurement, profits, etc, to track such essential metrics, we’ve developed a powerful dashboard with customization features. We’ve started with revealing the vital business KPIs to be represented on the dashboard and made a comprehensive list. Also, we have found data sources for indicators which would be integrated with the dashboard. Privacy and security is a contributing factor for any business nowadays. To make sure the information is shared according to company structure, we created user groups who can have access to the dashboard.
Custom ERPII System Development The customer operates in the food production market being a large producer with a number of brands. The business size and complex production processes resulted in the increased requirement of an efficient custom ERP system. The development of a module for the integration of the client’s system with SPS Commerce and iTrade services used for document management with vendors. The main task in this case, was to build and automate integration with both document management systems.
The main purpose of the module is reporting on raw materials remaining in storage and necessary procurement volume based on current manufacturing plans. The client needed to automate the process of commodities procurement. Such a business process was held by operators manually and required time costs on establishing the final report on forthcoming procurement.

The module for calculating optimal route time for production delivery At the start of business analyses of the current processes, we found a problem in the lack of a tool for planning delivery processes to retailers, which caused delivery delays. We had to build a solution to solve this business issue.
Module for Creating Production Flow Charts for WMS System Before solution development, production cards were used in paper form which complicated its search, creation and maintaining processes. The main requirement of future software was to implement functionality enabling to optimize the production cards processing.
SaaS solution for cameras rent service The client came with the need to develop a SaaS platform for camera rent service. The product has to automate the process of search and rent cameras through the SaaS solution. As a result, we have delivered a completely working fault-tolerant system according to high performance and flexibility standards. The solution completely met all the client’s requirements and was completed on time.
The client operates in a personal stuff storage industry and needed to automate the business processes to provide uninterrupted operational performance. The business model was about picking up, moving, storing and delivering stuff to end-clients so these processes automation formed the business logic structure. The product contained three components: APIs for third-party integrations Admin system for effective control over the system iOS application for end-users to engage with the system
Our client needed to automate the recalculation of goods remaining in the warehouse. The client occupies a niche in the semi-processed foods production market. The audit found out the points which required automatization in order to optimize time and financial expenses. The software has to be totally integrated into the existing production process to minimize costs on staff training. The current client’s database should be used as a data source without modification. Also, the solution has to be responsive to all devices used for goods turnover calculation in production, namely hand-held terminals for data collection.
