About the client The client is an agency that works with different authors and content creators in Mental Health & Wellness domain. They help authors monetize their courses by providing marketing and advertising services in exchange for commissions. The Challenge The client came to Bladeware with an idea to build a platform to connect authors and content creators with end users. The existing products on the market weren’t able to satisfy the client's needs due to a lack of necessary functionality. The client also wanted to automate the already existing process they have been doing by having software and avoid additional fees paid to 3rd party services. How we helped? Bladeware team helped our client to digitalize their business. Digitalization has transformed their business by enabling it to collect and analyze valuable data, gain insights, and streamline processes. As a result, our client has increased their revenue while decreasing certain expenses. The ability to deliver personalized experiences has facilitated heightened customer engagement and satisfaction, contributing to improved brand awareness.

Brief Client is a startup in energy management domain. They offer simple solutions to reduce, shift, and clean the energy your home uses - while saving you money along the way. What we did We started from the Discovery phase, created UX wireframes followed with UI designs, eventually we developed a web application using React on the Frontend and Node.JS on the Backend. Results Thousands of satisfied customers signing up within just a few months of launching the initial MVP of our complete home management application.

Bladeware team helped Fleets Coffee to design & develop Android App that runs on the tablets located in the Fleets Coffee Mobile Cafe Truck. We started from conducting UX researches and Wireframing, then eventually created final UI design. Once we finished with the Design part we proceeded to App Development and it took us several months to built an MVP. During the Design Phase we had to consider that this app is not for mobile phones and is not for public mass usage, it's an industrial app that intended to be used only by kitchen stuff - Fleets Coffee employees. During the Design phase we had to consider that in mind and adopt our design accordingly. The most important was to design an app that would help kitchen stuff to process orders as faster as possible.

The idea behind the project is to help you understand your partner better, identify potential problems in relationships, help to resolve conflicts and build closer and more mindful relationships together. What we did: - Designed & Developed cloud functions and DB structure on Firebase - Developed iOS & Android apps using Flutter technology. Brief Our client came to us with a great idea: they wanted to make a dating app that's different from the usual ones. Instead of just focusing on how people look or what they like, they believe that understanding each other's personalities is the key to finding real love. Our job was to turn this idea into a real app, and we were excited to work together with our client to make it happen. We wanted to create a helpful tool for people who were looking for love based on understanding and compatibility, not just looks or interests. Approach Client has came to Bladeware with a good understanding of the project, so we started from preparing Project Specifications and then started the development. Based on project requirements we decided to use Flutter technology for building mobile apps for Android & iOS. It gave us a possibility to have a single codebase and deliver apps faster than if we would proceed with Native technologies. For the server side we decided to use Node.Js

Final thoughts: It was very interested and challenging in the same time for us to be a part of the team on this project, as it’s not just to develop an app for the mobile phones or tablets, in this case we had to consider a lot of things we usually don’t need to worry about when you making apps for the phones, so it was valuable and interesting experience and we hope that CarbonTrainer will truly make a revolution in Fitness industry.
