<p>Wills and Trusts are important documents that not only clarify to whom you wish to leave your valuable assets but also appoints who you want to oversee the distribution of your estate. They can also appoint who will care for your children. I will be happy to advise you of your best options and help you take the next step. Wills are only effective upon death; a major problem for the living is disability (incapacity). A Power of Attorney to a trusted party can eliminate a complex court procedure called guardianship.\r\n\r\nWhen a family member or close friend passes away, it can be overwhelming dealing with the legal process. While some estates are small and can be quickly finalized, others are more complex and require someone to oversee the distribution process.\r\nWhether you are buying your first home and need that little extra guidance or you have several properties to sell, real estate closings are my specialty. I also handle private financing, refinances, second mortgages, construction loans and business loans. My staff and I work well with Realtors, but also often represent parties in For Sale By Owner transactions from contract writing to settlement.
