QA Challenges We Had: Ajax requests and the scenarios in which scripts were to be created were initially challenging. Running an iteration and identify the next iteration’s requirements based on different parameters was also a big challenge. The app had a fixed release date; it was challenging for testing team to test all scenarios in a limited time. QA Challenges We Had: The client had a large number of users of the application and it expected even more numbers of users in coming days. The client wanted to know how many concurrent and serial users can access the system and run the application without any performance issue or delay. This was initially a challenging task. Extensive performance testing platform was needed to stress application at the Web Service/ API layer in which the team had to determine the performance level of the Web Service/ APIs that were used in the application in the development phase.
