Description A Social Media Engagement Exchange platform that empowers creators, influences, and brands to grow their visibility - and get rewarded for it. Challenge The platform needed to simplify a potentially complex ecosystem into an intuitive and engaging user journey. Users had to easily understand how to earn points, use them, or monetize them—all without friction. The challenge was to ensure that both beginners and seasoned social media users could navigate the marketplace, track their impact, and make informed decisions within a few clicks. Solution We developed a platform that reimagines how users interact with social media. At its core, EZGAGE facilitates authentic engagement exchange—users support each other to grow together. We introduced a gamified point system that fuels a peer-to-peer marketplace, where engagement becomes currency. Users can earn, trade, and buy points to boost visibility, enabling both strategic exposure and monetization of their influence. Impact The launch of EZGAGE ignited a new way of thinking about online influence. Early adopters reported measurable increases in engagement and reach, while also unlocking new income streams from their content. The innovative marketplace model and engagement monetization system positioned EZGAGE as a trailblazer in social media growth tools. Description Zazoon is a powerful GRC platform designed to simplify compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity for businesses. With intuitive tools and automation, it streamlines governance processes, ensuring efficiency and regulatory adherence. Challenge The project posed several challenges, starting with the need to optimize the website for accessibility while ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for all visitors. Another challenge was developing a backoffice within WordPress that was both powerful and user-friendly, allowing the client to easily manage content and make updates without needing technical expertise. Solution For the solution, we focused on creating a highly accessible and visually appealing website that enhances the user experience. The redesigned user journey was optimized with clear, intuitive navigation, ensuring visitors could easily find what they were looking for. We incorporated modern design elements and subtle animations to engage users and create a dynamic, enjoyable browsing experience. Description Azulfy is an application that uses artificial intelligence to analyse geospatial satellite images, promptly notifying the authorities in each municipality of potential pollution problems. Solution Emergency management is a race against time, with municipalities often facing critical delays in identifying and addressing problems such as wildfires, ocean spills, and other disasters. Traditional systems lacked the precision, speed, and coordination required for effective response. Authorities needed a reliable, real-time tool to detect risks early and enable proactive action to safeguard lives and natural resources. Impact The application is currently undergoing pilot tests in several Portuguese municipalities, delivering exceptional results: • Proven Effectiveness: Authorities reported faster response times and improved coordination during emergencies. • Operational Transformation: Municipalities have adopted the system as a key tool for monitoring and managing risks proactively. • Scalable Impact: The application’s modular design ensures adaptability for a wide range of emergency scenarios and geographic regions. Description Family Wisdom is the app that redefines digital family connection. It allows easy customization, insights in video, image, audio or text, as well as calendar, events and notifications. Challenge Buzzvel needed to develop a cross-platform app for iOS and Android that supported multimedia content sharing, real-time synchronization, and user customization, all while maintaining security and performance. Ensuring a smooth user experience and complying with data protection and store regulations added further complexity. Solution The team conducted exhaustive research and comparative analysis, designed an intuitive UX/UI, and used React Native for efficient cross-platform development. Robust back-end systems were implemented to handle multimedia and real-time updates while guaranteeing compliance with the app store and data security. Impact The final app, Family Wisdom, offered a seamless, real-time multimedia sharing experience across devices. With smooth performance, personalized user profiles and robust security, the app has managed to connect families and friends and share insights and memories in one place.
Description PEPAC in mainland Portugal is a support programme for agriculture and rural development in mainland Portugal. Challenge Building the PEPACC website presented a variety of challenges, starting with developing an interactive map of Portugal. This map-based navigation system allows users to search for GALs (Local Action Groups) and view their associated contacts. This dynamic system required precise integration and a user-friendly interface to ensure quick access to relevant information. Solution Buzzvel delivered a comprehensive solution for the PEPACC project by integrating WordPress with GPP’s internal systems. This ensured real-time data updates and a seamless user experience. We also developed custom logic for handling closed competitions, automatically redirecting users to the appropriate areas of the site without disruption. Moreover, we introduced an interactive map of Portugal, a user-friendly feature that allows users to search for GALs (Local Action Groups) and view their contact information. The responsive UI/UX design ensured the website was fully optimized for mobile devices, providing an intuitive experience for all visit. Impact The new PEPACC website seamlessly blends intuitive UI/UX design and robust development. The user experience has been significantly enhanced through a clean, responsive design that works flawlessly across all devices. Visitors can easily navigate the site with streamlined menus, interactive features, and smooth transitions. Combining modern design with complex technical functionality, the PEPACC website is now more engaging, responsive, and user-friendly, fully supporting the program’s rural development and sustainability goals.
Description An original concept, on the market since 1976. Meals ready to eat, with a history that stay in the memory of those who visit them. Challenge The ordering process became one of the main reasons why Coma ou Leve looked for Buzzvel. There was an urgency to automate the process and even correspond to customers expectations regarding orders in one of the highest sales seasons, Christmas and New Year, with around 1000 orders per day. Solution Buzzvel conducted a needs analysis with the client and presented a solution for developing a CRM platform for internal use based on Coma ou Leve's immediate needs (an easy and quick ordering process). Impact With the use of the CRM platform, it was possible to automate the orders internally. Although the entry of application data is the responsibility of Coma ou Leve, the platform processes them after their insertion. Then, it sends them directly to the customer for detailed order confirmation. According to Coma ou Leve, streamlining this process saved about 1 (one) week of work and several hours in treating data, bureaucratic processes previously solved on paper. CRM also allows for a better organizational organization, making it possible to manage internal workflow and team organization - such as delivery. With this internal organization, Coma ou Leve guarantees greater flexibility to receive new orders and respond to a greater flow of orders from the end customer. Currently, Coma ou Leve is developing with Buzzvel a new functionality focused on store stock management.
Description We built this platform and APP that allowed primary users to track medical tests. Challenge It is difficult to control where certain blood tests are performed in certain parts of the world. Due to the high number of tests performed for rare diseases and their lack of tracking, it is necessary to identify some data that can easily geographically position a given test performed. For this, each test will have an associated barcode and will be mapped with a hospital and a doctor in charge. Solution Buzzvel analyzed the client's project and sought to present a strategy to respond to PTC's primary need and also idealized the optimization, speed and effectiveness of existing processes, driving the evolution of the project. A CRM and app were developed to provide more comprehensive and detailed information about each test and organize the information for different users. Impact With the development of the CRM platform, PTC will be able to drive the evolution of its business and make the project much more profitable. This CRM makes a detailed collection of data and keeps it permanently, not allowing its elimination. In this sense, the data can always be retrieved and consulted if necessary. In addition, by allowing a more comprehensive collection of information, it leads to a greater amount of information available to be used, allowing the expansion of the networ
Description Traquinices is a company that was born in Portugal in 1996. It specializes in the distribution of premium Childcare products to provide the best satisfaction to customers. Challenge We had to develop an easy-to-navigate WordPress website with a Blog to enhance the online presence through specific kinds of content to provide all the information about its products and brands for the target audience. Solution Our team worked diligently to create a website that is visually appealing, user-friendly, easy to navigate, and built with security in mind. The website features a modern design that effectively represents Traquinices's brand and message. We utilized a responsive design approach, ensuring the website is accessible and functional on all devices. In terms of functionality, our team integrated a number of key features to enhance the user experience. We added a contact form to enable visitors to reach out to Traquinices easily, and we also incorporated a Blog to provide all the information about their partners. Impact To meet the client's needs and expectations, we designed a clean and intuitive website that provides all the information about their partners and also an easy way to send their catalog products.
Description An innovative All-in-One platform to plan, manage and optimize decentralized networks such as the global Helium network for the Internet of Things. Challenge We built this CRM platform that allowed the users to organize their operations in expanding the Helium network. As the Helium network grew exponentially, so did the amount of user data being managed. This posed scaling and performance challenges. Solution Buzzvel analyzed the client's project and sought to present a strategy to respond to Hotspotty's primary needs and executed accordingly by working closely with the Hotspotty team. The proposed strategies were proven to be effective as the platform now has over 200k users and about half of the Helium network is being managed on the platform without any down time since the beginning. Impact With the development of the CRM platform, Hotspotty now has a solid foundation to further expand their platform and grow with their market opportunities and customer needs over time. This CRM makes a detailed collection of data and saves them in a permanent, not allowing its elimination. In this sense, the data can always be rescued and consulted if necessary. In addition, by allowing a more comprehensive collection of information, it leads to a more tremendous amount of information available to be used, thus enabling the expansion of the Helium network; The Hotspotty project, due to updates carried out in conjunction with Buzzvel, was awarded worldwide and considered a Market Leader Product. Hotspotty now has over 200k users and about half of the Helium network (close to 1M hotspots worldwide) is being managed on the platform without any down time since the first release. It is considered the market leader in the ecosystem and received community-voted awards such as the Helium Noble Awards (blog.helium.com/2021-noble-awards-winners-announced-12107cd62aa7).
Description ThinkFeridas is an application that responds to the need of many health professionals who work alone in the clinical decision regarding treating complex wounds. Challenge We had to create an easy-to-navigate and intuitive application—and application to accelerate wound treatment in a few seconds. We had to create a back-end application with the mobile application, thus allowing data to be secured. Solution The minimalist design allows the user to use the application without training. ThinkFeridas is the combination of critical judgement from a range of experts on a mobile app. Impact Professional accepted ThinkFeridas in their daily work-day. This application responds to the needs of many health professionals who work alone in the clinical decision regarding treating complex wounds. The app was created only for the Portuguese Market, but at this moment, Portuguese Brasilian Users are also downloading it.
Description The GPCV is an Association established by public deed on October 9, 1986, as a nonprofit organization whose primary objective is the protection, under the International Standard Convention, of Agencies and the Multilateral Guarantee Agreement. Challenge Need to develop a desktop and mobile application. Buzzvel's objective was to create an intuitive, easy-to-use, and user-friendly application with the intention of enhancing the experience. Solution Buzzvel, in partnership with the agency COMON, carried out a needs analysis to produce an effective online store/E-commerce, clean and intuitive. The website was produced and translated into two languages: Portuguese, and English to be accessible to the target audience. Impact The brand presents positive results, thus fulfilling the objective of reaching the market internationally and making the online store available in different languages. This e-commerce allows the quick user navigation through the availability of a filter where you can search for products, ingredients, and seasonings, making it intuitive and easy to search. It also offers a premium area dedicated to users, where they have exclusive and privileged content. This e-commerce allows the brand to display its handmade products online and the existing physical point of sale.

Challenge Need to develop an online/e-commerce store that would allow the brand to sell online and reach the international market to start exporting your canned food outside of Portugal. Solution Buzzvel, in partnership with the agency COMON, carried out a needs analysis to produce an effective online store/E-commerce, clean and intuitive. Description VIPLANT was founded in 1988 in response to the lack of ornamental plant production in Portugal. Challenge The challenge presented to us was clear and straightforward: We want more than an online sales solution. We want our online shop to welcome customers with the same attention and dedication that we offer in our garden centres. Solution We created a new website for VIPLANT with the main aim of enhancing the user experience, extending the quality of the physical purchase to the digital environment. We introduced personalised offer packages and created the VIPLANT Card, a loyalty programme that offers clients the opportunity to make purchases with advantageous conditions and get first-hand access to exclusive and personalised content, such as online and face-to-face courses. Impact Internally: We provided the client with a platform that gives them autonomy in managing their online business. Externally: We observed an increase of approximately 75 per cent in online sales. The VIPLANT Card gained around 450 members in the first three months, and the customer database grew exponentially. We developed a robust and intuitive CMS - in WordPress and WooCommerce - which allows VIPLANT to personalise the site's look and easily launch promotions on special occasions, such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, the arrival of spring, etc… In terms of CRM, we have centralised all customer data, which has allowed us to strengthen long-term relationships, ensuring that customers are always the first to know about new products and promotions. In addition, we collect feedback on the quality of service in a discreet and non-intrusive way.
Description Portugal Advanced Health or PAH is an innovative and pioneering project in the area of health in Portugal, specializing in hyperbaric treatments at 1.4atm (atmosphere). Challenge There is a need for an online presence and exposure to publicize their services and business expansion. The automation of processes to make the daily internal management more effective, allowing immediate response to the customer, increasing their retention and subscription to new services, such as treatments. Solution Buzzvel analyzed PAH's needs with the client and built a strategy that fills them. In this way, we developed that mirrors the brand's mission and vision, the business's specialties, and the treatments it offers, allowing the customer to schedule an appointment in the desired thing immediately. Developed a CRM that allowed the customer to immediately schedule appointments, examinations, and treatments, as well as the internal and daily collection of data, made available through detailed weekly reports. We also developed an automated Call Center and Chat System through Twilio and Jivochat integration. Through a Chat Bot, PAH interacts with the website user and immediately collects data for later contact. Impact Using the new website, PAH started to be present online, which allows the customer to consult all the necessary information about the services, specialties, and treatments it provides. In the new CRM, the PAH employees started using the system to book and schedule appointments, examinations, and treatments without paper. The CRM also makes detailed reports available to PAH with daily data collection, cross-referencing data, demographics, and customer behavior, which proved to be essential for the knowledge of your target audience, the actual core of the business, and the most sought-after specialties. With the daily data saved in CRM, it was possible to gradually analyze the viability of investment by PAH, thus realizing where it would be safer to invest for the project's growth. In just two months, with the data analysis available, PAH identified the process that led to the loss of a lead through the website, leading to its optimization: from (Contact > Exams > Consultation) to (Contact > Consultation > Exams). After this optimization, they increase 100% in appointments and treatments.
