As part of our ongoing commitment to designing culturally resonant and high-impact digital experiences, Canada Hitech had the privilege of collaborating with the Sharjah Ladies Club to design and develop Marami, a web platform that brings the voice and vision of Emirati women to life online. The project was commissioned under the guidance of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, with a clear mandate: to transform the beloved Marami publication into a modern, accessible, and inspiring digital space. We approached this project with a user-first mindset, blending elegant UI design with a deeply respectful understanding of local culture and values. Our team developed a custom content management system (CMS) to empower the editorial team with full control over publishing, editing, and categorization. In addition, the website features a fully responsive, mobile-first interface, ensuring optimal performance across all devices. To enhance discoverability, we implemented a range of SEO strategies tailored to increase visibility in the UAE and wider GCC region. We also introduced dynamic content filtering, allowing visitors to intuitively explore articles by category, theme, or date. This project showcases our ability to deliver sophisticated, scalable solutions for government-affiliated organizations and cultural institutions.
