The property boasts 2.7 acres with 400 feet of ocean frontage with commanding views toward the fabled Georgica beach. Look north across Lily Pond with protected views enhanced by the only Ha-Ha wall in East Hampton. The property underwent design renovation in 1994 and now a well-built 3D model is necessary for the life cycle management of this house. Chudasama Outsourcing got the responsibility to create a Revit BIM-3D Model by the owner of 201, Lily Pond Lane to easily manage and smoothly complete the renovation of the building. Role Of BIM Modeling In The Project The project relied completely on Revit BIM modeling. Hence, BIM modeling played a crucial role in accomplishing the project with great success. Chudasama Outsourcing used Building Information modeling to its best capacity. It was due to the BIM properties that the final model produced the desired results. The MEP drawings were created with BIM standards because of which the final drawings were accurate and higher in quality. Why Do They Need Our Services? The scan wasn’t showing exact measurements and dimensions because of which it was difficult to get information about the placement of the doors and windows. We had to provide MEP drawings for the basement but because of the lack of information, it was a tough task to crack the size of ducts and pipes. Also, there were issues in the first-floor plan due to the angles from the floor. It was a time-consuming process but we overcame the challenges without missing any deadlines.
