<p>Clouditalia (www.clouditalia.com) was born from the project to acquire the Eutelia business unit. CloudItalia is the first telecommunication and cloud service company in Italy entirely dedicated to the world of work: companies, public administration organizations and professionals who want to take advantage of the economic advantages that the new model of Telecom-Cloud services can offer. The company will invest in an application platform based on data centers in Rome and Arezzo, on the innovation of telecommunication and collaboration services and on a joint delivery of these services through specialized channels. In addition to the acquisition of the Eutelia branches, the investment covers the renewal of all the technical infrastructure and the revitalization of commercial channels with a focus on working capital, for a total value of approximately 100 million euros.</p>
