Over a few weeks, we worked together to build the updated site using Elementor. We trained the marketing team to use it confidently, so they could update the site whenever they needed, without calling in developers. The result A flexible, user-friendly website that the marketing team fully owns — saving time, saving money, and unlocking creative freedom. We started by listening. Our team worked closely with Brillband to fully understand their pain points and what they needed from a new website setup. The key goal was clear: give the marketing team the power to make changes themselves, with no tech background required. We explored the best tools to support this and landed on Elementor, a drag-and-drop website builder that works within WordPress. Elementor would allow their team to easily design, publish, and update content on their site — all in line with their latest marketing campaigns. We also made sure that the updates wouldn't interfere with any of Brillband’s other customer systems or platforms.
We worked with ValueMinds, a Netherlands-based startup, to design a set of Figma boards showcasing their sustainability-focused community platform. The goal was to create demo materials for upcoming events in February, helping them attract prospects and potential users. The platform connects professionals seeking meaningful careers with ESG-focused companies looking to hire and expand their sustainability initiatives. The vision of the client was to find a way to have a bank account and a debit card that isn’t just tied to dollars or pounds – but connected to real assets. Cocoloco was able to find a solution to avoid salaries sitting in the bank account and suffering to inflation – some of it buys gold, some bitcoin and some oil all depending on what the market is doing. In practicalities, if the client buys a coffee, the system will automatically determine how to spend the money – do you buy it with pounds, Bitcoin, gold or a mix Zapple, a forward-thinking start-up in the financial technology sector, partnered with Cocoloco to bring their innovative multi-asset banking platform to life. Cocoloco focused on creating a seamless user experience for Zapple’s website by aligning design with the client’s business objectives and essential features like the trading platform and interactive elements. A clear site map and well-defined user journeys were developed to ensure intuitive navigation and a smooth user experience. Detailed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups were crafted, followed by iterative development with continuous feedback from Zapple’s team.
Orakly is a platform that offers an AI-powered chatbot designed to enhance business efficiency by providing seamless, automated conversational interfaces. Leveraging artificial intelligence and natural language processing, Orakly's chatbot enables real-time customer engagement, allowing users to interact naturally and obtain information or perform tasks without navigating multiple applications or websites. This technology aims to streamline operations, improve customer satisfaction, and facilitate efficient access to enterprise systems.
Mycotrace, an innovative SaaS platform designed to streamline mushroom farming operations, was brought to life by Cocoloco. Partnering with a forward-thinking mushroom farm, we aimed to create more than just an app – it’s a comprehensive platform that serves as the foundation for managing every aspect of a mushroom farm. This first iteration, or MVP, focused on simplifying cultivation management and improving productivity while laying the groundwork for future expansion. Beyond the MVP, we worked closely with the startup to plan advanced features, including AI-driven analysis of mushroom growth and deep data insights to track which mushrooms thrive best under specific conditions. Traceability was a critical component – Mycotrace enables farms to track a mushroom’s entire lifecycle, from breeding generations to retail shelves, ensuring full transparency in the supply chain. One of the biggest challenges was hardware selection. We carefully sourced cost-effective, scalable solutions that eliminate support and warranty concerns, ensuring a low barrier to entry for farmers.
ScrumBuddy needed essential branding and cost-effective marketing strategies to launch swiftly and effectively. Cocoloco delivered a streamlined solution, focusing on creating a strong brand identity, designing a user-friendly interface, and implementing targeted digital marketing campaigns. At Cocoloco, we started ScrumBuddy’s website design by getting to know their business goals and must-have features like contact forms and interactive elements. Next, we crafted a clear site map and mapped out user journeys to ensure smooth navigation. Our team then created wireframes and mockups, collaborating closely with ScrumBuddy for regular feedback. This hands-on, iterative approach allowed us to quickly turn ideas into a sleek, functional website that not only looks fantastic but also provides an exceptional user experience. We seamlessly integrated WordPress CMS, empowering ScrumBuddy’s team to easily update content and manage their site without any technical hassle.

During the discovery phase, Cocoloco worked closely with ScrumBuddy to understand their ideas, preferences, and design dislikes. We conducted a comprehensive competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses within the industry, ensuring ScrumBuddy could stand out effectively. Based on these insights, we developed a detailed brand kit – including logo design, colour palettes, typography, and visual guidelines – for ScrumBuddy’s review and approval. Our iterative design process emphasised regular communication and rapid turnaround.
