<p>It\'s unfortunate commercial leases are so long because that means I only get to work with Micah every few years. His professionalism and tenacity to get the deal done makes my life so much easier when it comes to finding an office space. This is now our second time working together - the first deal was a super simple transaction, but this most recent one was the furthest thing from simple. It was a 3.5 month process to get a 3 year sublease closed (at no fault of Micah... just poor brokers representing the other end of the deal). Even when Micah had zero control over the situation, he still wanted to make 100% positive we have everything we needed on our end and that we were completely informed on every step of the process.\r\n&nbsp;</p>
