About the client: The customer is a large national educational institution, which manages thousands of students, teachers and administrators. First of all they wanted to deal with the shortcomings caused by the fragmentation of tools and manual processes in lessons management, assessments and administrative tasks. Goal: The primary goal was to create a comprehensive platform that supports the entire educational process—from lesson planning and curriculum creation to student assessments and progress tracking. The solution was supposed to be scalable for a large user-base, automate routine tasks and increase student engagement through personalized learning, and at the same time maintain data consistency and integration between systems. Solution: Before beginning the project, we carried out thorough research to grasp the needs of today’s educators and to clarify the product’s vision.
