About the client: The customer is a large national educational institution, which manages thousands of students, teachers and administrators. First of all they wanted to deal with the shortcomings caused by the fragmentation of tools and manual processes in lessons management, assessments and administrative tasks. Goal: The primary goal was to create a comprehensive platform that supports the entire educational process—from lesson planning and curriculum creation to student assessments and progress tracking. The solution was supposed to be scalable for a large user-base, automate routine tasks and increase student engagement through personalized learning, and at the same time maintain data consistency and integration between systems. Solution: Before beginning the project, we carried out thorough research to grasp the needs of today’s educators and to clarify the product’s vision. By analyzing the education sector, together with the client we pinpointed common problems that needed addressing, including the learning process, management systems, and communication between schools and parents. The solution proposed by our development team was to build a platform that integrates all necessary tools with an appealing multimedia design and an easy-to-use interface. The team also focused on building a highly scalable infrastructure, ensuring the system could handle a high number of concurrent users. We incorporated advanced security protocols to protect student data and facilitate compliance with legal regulations regarding data privacy. Key features: Gradebook An electronic version of a standard gradebook that includes homework, lesson topics, notes, and other data. It updates in real-time and can be automatically synced with the registry. Registry Electronic system that maintains and updates a comprehensive record of student information. It includes details such as enrollment data, attendance records, grades, and other relevant information. Test & assess tools Modules to create quizzes, exams, and other assessments that automatically grade and provide feedback to students. Knowledge base A centralized repository of educational resources and materials, accessible by students for self-paced learning and review. Learning material viewer A user-friendly interface for students to access and engage with course materials, lessons, and multimedia content. Lesson creation module Tools for educators to develop, organize, and share interactive lessons.
