My Office Help is a virtual back-office solution that delivers customer relationship management, marketing, business coaching, scheduling, dispatching, social media management, web design and graphic design services to the home services sector. Hedlyner was founded in 2021 by music lovers and event producers with the purpose of creating steady income sources for musicians so they can continue doing what they love: making music The platform has a database that allows buyers of live music shows to search for musicians based on three key components: location, availability, and keywords such as genre, event type, hashtags, and band names. The search results rank musicians based on those criteria using a series of algorithmic ranking functions. Then, buyers can select musicians, see their profiles, and book them directly on our platform. After selecting the musician, the platform takes the user to a payment system integrated into the backend to process the booking payment.
