Overview Fujitec India, a leading name in the vertical transportation industry, specializes in the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of elevators, escalators, and other mobility solutions. As part of the global Fujitec Group, the company is known for its high-quality mobility solutions across various sectors. In their effort to enhance customer interaction and streamline the design and sales process, Fujitec India sought a more dynamic, user-friendly way for their salespeople to engage customers and showcase their offerings in real time. Brief Fujitec India wanted to develop a tablet application that would empower their sales team to easily customize and present elevator solutions to clients in real time. The goal was to offer a seamless, interactive platform that could enhance customer engagement, simplify the design approval process, and allow for immediate feedback and adjustments, all while making the process more efficient for the sales team. Challenges The company faced challenges with its traditional sales processes, which involved lengthy design approvals and a lack of real-time interaction during client meetings. Sales representatives were limited in how they could visually present different product options, and the existing tools didn’t allow for easy customization or adjustments on the spot. There was also a need for a system that could streamline communication between the salesperson and the client, resulting in faster decision-making. Solutions To address these challenges, we developed an interactive tablet application that allowed Fujitec India's salespeople to: Developed an interactive 360-degree mobile and tablet application, enabling real-time elevator customization, and making it easy for salespeople to engage with customers. The platform offers a seamless design approval process, improving efficiency and reducing turnaround times for clients. The app allows users to explore various elevator designs and features in a user-friendly, interactive 3D environment. The application streamlines client presentations by allowing them to visualize and adjust designs instantly. Built using Unity 3D for smooth 3D rendering, Node.js for backend logic, and MySQL for efficient data storage and synchronization. Results The tablet application transformed the sales process for Fujitec India, empowering their team to provide a more engaging and interactive experience for clients. Salespeople could now showcase customized elevator solutions on the spot, improving client satisfaction and speeding up the decision-making process. The streamlined workflow allowed for faster design approvals, contributing to higher efficiency and increased conversions, while the use of Node.js and MySQL ensured robust backend performance, making the system reliable and scalable.
