Our goal is to have support you never really need to call due to server issues! All our Servers are setup on New Equipment which is replaced after 5 years. We have RAID Hard Drive configuration all servers RAID offers very low downtime when drive failure occurs. Our servers are updated every day with the most current software. Our servers have the most current stable versions of Maria DB and support mutiple version of PHP so as to support older Web Applications. Our plans are priced and have limits set to reflect proper service for all. Drive space, Transfer Rate, Databases and email all are items that tax a server. Over selling is a practice that many Hosting companies do to make it look like your getting more. With those hosting companies you do get more - more down time and excessive server load. Shared hosting requires that reasonable limits are set so that no one user may compromise the service.
