Since opening in 1967 by Trevor Farmer and operating out of Auckland and Christchurch, the business rapidly grew as it became a key part of the Freightways Group. Daily Freight Auckland relocated to the current site at O’Rorke Road in 1972, and was acquired by the Mainfreight Group in 1994. </p>
