Description: LangShop is an advanced multifunctional B2B service. Development was inspired by the great mission to make the global market available for everyone and to destroy the language borders within a few clicks! Since the start, the service has helped thousands of e-commerce business owners to reach foreign markets. Development lifecycle started with Business Analysis work and Business Flow investigation. DevIT created a strategy to launch a successful product, which was powered by detailed market, stakeholders and business processes descriptions. We went through rick and time management stages. Specialists got the main focus not only on creating the well-working product, but also on how to make the project SEO friendly and maintain the high level support for each user. Based on agreed strategy we created a plan, technical tasks and started our development in an agile manner. Application: Developed translation app makes Shopify stores multilingual and multi-currency. The app provides: auto and manual translation of all types of content (text, media, etc.); supports 241 languages and dialects; the ability to add customisable currency switcher, import or export files; translates checkout; improves SEO. This application will significantly save time by translating content automatically and it's definitely faster than the human translation. Moreover, it allows website owners to control translation and edit all elements manually if needed. Our team found out the best way of implementing a multilingual application for Shopify websites by using the latest technologies: For backend - Laravel. For Frontend - React.JS. Also, we used Redux, Redux-thunk, Axios, Axios Retry, js-queue, Lodash.js. For the convenience of using the application, the custom filters and search have been created. Public Rest API/Shopify; API/Google/Bing/Yandex/DeepL API integration/ Horizon Workers Database: MongoDB + MySQL. For visualization, we used Shopify Polaris UI framework. For project versioning, we use GitLab with CI / CD technology. For the correct development and in order to avoid any problems on production - we use a Docker container. API: Our team has developed a project API, which is powered by a developed translation machine learning module. Moreover, everyone has access to our Rest API documentation, so the solution can be easily integrated based on the needs. Website: The website was developed in order to gather all information about the solution and highlight all functions and features. The website by itself is a guide with pretty simple and clear structure. Users can find out the relevant requirements: LangShop features, contact information app store, demo store, pricing, community, blog, support (help center, ticket system, user/tech support, schedule meeting), Youtube, social networks. Technical stack: Front-end: JS, HTML5, Bootstrap; Back-end: PHP - Laravel; Custom filter/search creation; Widgets: Facebook; Tag managers: Google Tag, Manager; Analytics: Google Analytics. Admin Dashboard: Users are able to enter a developed admin dashboard for collecting statistics from the application. Moreover, the dashboard helps to receive the scope of information about shops, agencies, countries, apps, news, discounts, trials, which are using the application. Partners Dashboard: Clients have an ability to become an app partner and get access to a new targeted audience and potential customers. Blog: As a part of a project our agency developed a blog, in order to highlight all patch notes, gather information about the Shopify environment and give useful tips on how to run a successful and modern Shopify website. Community: The project has a community page, where users can check out resolved issues, feedback, frequently asked and specific questions. Help Center: 24/7 supports are always ready to investigate all issues and make useful suggestions in order to come up with a satisfying result.
