About the project Staying open to new challenges and opportunities seems hard for big international companies. They already have a working business model and dont need to create new approaches to keep going. But this is not the case for Vodafone, which is always eager to new. Being the biggest telecommunication company in the world didnt stop them from the urge to conquer a totally new market banking. They came to us with a bare wish to build up a NEO-bank app. Our development expertise allowed us to assess the market quickly, discover insights and find the best-matching app idea according to the given requirements and limitations. Customer The customer is a leading telecommunications company, keeping society connected and building a digital future for everyone. Our challenge As clients assessed the fintech industry as quite new for them, they wanted to hear more suggestions from us on where they have to focus. So our task is logically divided into two parts: - Market and customer investigations were doing everything to find strong needs and pains that can be covered by a service that can be owned by the client; - Prototyping the service based on the app according to the data we collect on the first step and testing its viability. Presenting the app prototype with all inner and outer processes explanations to the client. Project description Nova Poshta is the largest logistics company in Ukraine, with the chain of more than 10 000 branches. With the growth of e-commerce market in the form of both large retailers represented by online stores, as well as marketplaces for small and medium-sized businesses, logistics in Ukraine is actively developing, and the companys electronic trading and transport invoice and open API system allow automating the processes from receiving shipments in offices to solving the problem of last mile. Our challenge Creating Nova Poshta app, we had a few challenges: - Make the receiving and sending process as simple as possible: add an opportunity to create parcels online to avoid long queues, and data submission and add a QR code for scanning instead; - Provide an opportunity to count delivery price without the couriers help; - Develop an ML tool for passport data, customers face, and profile avatar identification. Our main task was to create a simple, reliable, and useful tool to meet the needs of Nova Poshta app users. Solutions we propose: - The development of a native mobile app for iOS and Android. - Google Cloud platform exploitation for the project software environment. - The development of a workstation app with a convenient interface for operators and couriers to optimize the delivery process to addresses. - System AWIS creation. Project description Fishka is the largest coalition loyalty program in Ukraine. It has more than 6,000,000 customers and a dozen of partner companies in various business sectors. Fishka calculates points for transactions that users can later use to pay for fuel, goods, and services within the affiliate network. Fishka participants can manage their accounts, set goals, receive personal promotions and discounts, and pay for fuel in the OKKO petrol stations. Our challenge In creating the Fishka loyalty program app, we faced a few challenges: - a creation of a reliable IT system that would include front-end, back-end, integration with partners, and the ability to manage a mobile app and its content using a special tool - upgrading a loyalty program from a plastic card to an online app, creating an additional product value - making the mobile app the main communication channel between Fishka and the end user But the main challenge was to find a simple, reliable, and useful set of tools that we need to develop to fully meet the needs of the end user of the Fishka loyalty program. Project description Doc.ua is the largest Ukrainian service for online searching and making appointments for medical services. Ukrainians can make appointments in almost any clinic and not stand in line. Services grid: - Product Concept - UI/UX Design - Android Application - iOS Application - Analytics Setup Our Challenge The field of medicine worldwide is gradually shifting to an electronic format for maintaining medical records, appointments with doctors, and telemedicine. Doc.ua is the largest Ukrainian service for online searching and making appointments for medical services. Ukrainians can make appointments in almost any clinic and not stand in line. Still, medicine is not limited to the registry, so the market needs an ecosystem for the patient's interaction with the doctor and to provide the patient with complete care for their health and data about them. Decisions made and business goals: - Two mobile applications, in conjunction with medical information systems, should provide doctors with complete information about a patient and help the patient to find a specialist who will solve precisely his/her problem. - Patients need additional help in determining the physician's specialization for their case. Integration with insurance companies allows to reach more customers of the service and potentially helps to reduce the load on the call center. - A new medical ecosystem is a platform for doctors with the possibility of funds withdrawal. Customer Feedback Devlight has developed quite high-load projects and this was one of the key points for us to find the partner who knows how to build a high-load application architecture. About the project EQ is the world's first app designed to develop emotional intelligence. The app is intended for the formation of a sustainable skill in the user: managing own emotions ability to produce your own desired resource emotional states influence the emotions of other people. However, the system of classical upbringing and education is focused only on the development of mental and cognitive abilities through the acquisition and use of information knowledge, i.e. the formation of IQ. Project description Epicenter is one of the largest retailers in Ukraine. Today, the network has more than 50 shopping malls nationwide and serves more than 20 million customers annually. The loyalty program is constantly developing and already unites more than 3 million regular clients of Epicenter . In addition to the basic service created in Devlight, the mobile application Epicenter helps the user to make purchases in the shopping center with the help of facial recognition function. The clients received a solution that helps to make purchases in offline shops, order any goods home and use a loyalty program. Decisions made and business goals - Decided to optimize shopping process at the shopping mall with mobile application - There needs to be a new way to buy a product at the mall - pay by scanning bar codes - Costs of plastic card production should be reduced by creating a convenient electronic loyalty card - It is necessary to reduce company’s costs by creating and implementing a free personalized push-message system - Decided to work out a personal offer mechanism for users based on their preferences and behavior data - While working on the project, the idea of Look and Pay was generated - the service of paying for goods by scanning the user’s face - It was detected that key product metrics and product growth metrics should be monitored and analyzed, which means we need a quality analytics system Project result: - Launched MVP to reach the market as quickly as possible and begin to bring value to business and users.
