This approach is more flexible, allowing changes in project scope and requirements as the project progresses. It suits projects with evolving or uncertain requirements. Hybrid: It combines both Fixed Price and T&M approaches. This model offers a balance of predictability and flexibility and is often used for projects with some well-defined components and others that may require more flexibility. Dedicated Resource-Based Support: If you prefer dedicated expertise for your system, we provide the option to hire a dedicated administrator or developer. The dedicated resources work exclusively for the client for 160 hours per month and are managed and supervised by the client's team. Adhoc support: For one-time ad hoc support needs, we are ready to assist the clients promptly. Ongoing Monthly and Yearly Support: For ongoing support, we offer annual or monthly maintenance support packages with a minimum monthly commitment.
