Solution was built from scratch to provide feedback and analytics using the most advanced software technology. Overview The client had an idea how to improve connections between the professionals in construction industry though up-to-date means. Client wanted to expand network of commercial construction professionals to provide the most comprehensive information available across the industry. We built centralized platform that allows users to easily share information about contractor performance. Contractors are reviewed on a specific project using the custom rating system. It offers a comprehensive space with ratings and analytics to allow proper pre-qualification for both General and Sub-Contractors. Approach The client approached us with the great idea and mock-ups of functional interface. Our team made a business analysis for them and helped to describe the idea into an appropriate technical assignment. This approach allowed us to improve the initial idea with strong functionality and create original interface design. We were also flexible during the development process by making adjustments along the way. The project took nearby 5 months and involved a team of 10 experienced developers. We followed the Scrum model meticulously, using weekly calls with the client, submitting reports, and using other well-established practices. Enabling Platform Management and Customizable Reporting DigitalMara developed a system allowing the client to manage their web platform and customized reporting. Overview The client sought to bolster the management of various areas of their online platform. This centered around four entities: client website, sales agents, user (customer) profiles, and reporting. We developed a visual interface, allowing the client to configure their website and its content. Business rules were set to govern the behavior of the web application, which can be further customized. To facilitate website design customization without coding, we deployed the ClientBuilder visual module. Our team solved the problem of viewing and ordering user-profiles and sales agent groups by building a specific visual interface within the website management system. The client now has access to powerful insights, through both statistical sampling via QueryBuilder, and the Reporting module that presents data in graphical form. Approach The problem was clear to the client, and they had some overall ideas on how it might be addressed. We then helped them structure and finalize the concept into a concrete solution, which served as our developmental roadmap going forward.
