Avana aims to create a unique operational model, that uses technology to make accurate predictions, ensure high levels of efficiency, focus on automated operations, and simplify logistics across the Indian sub-continent and the Middle East. Divami played a key role in the design and development of Avana’s customer-facing flagship portal. We were responsible for the complete User Experience of the platform, as well as development of the UI with involvement right from the ideation all the way through post-rollout support. CORE (CM Office Real-time Executive) Dashboard, an e-governance initiative of Government of Andhra Pradesh is a visual display of the individual department’s KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), consolidated and arranged in a single frame so that the information can be monitored effectively by Honorable Chief Minister at a glance. The Dashboard, into which 33 State Government Departments are integrated is also available to the public, thus providing transparency in Governance. The Vision for completion of the Dashboard includes a Predictive Analytics interface for various personas to understand and analyze the KPIs. With Wurkr, businesses have complete control and visibility of their remote/flexible sales teams, which leads to better performance and retention, while sales people save wasted time in commuting, yet be part of the office environment and culture. It was a pioneer platform which prepared us for the new normal we all face today. Wurkr’s vision was that the app should “feel and work as if people are communicating in the real world”. So, at every stage, our designs had to address “how it would have been done if people were in front of each other”. We brought features such as quick conference and impromptu conversions which were well received by both stakeholders and users. The AI engine eliminates the need for drivers to enter trip details and expenses by relying on scanned documents and emails and automatically itemizes payments, bills and expenses thereby greatly reducing paperwork effort. We defined the User Experience and designed the UI for the entire platform from the concept stage and helped build the mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
