Overview About Divami Design Labs

Appedo is an Application Performance Management Platform that caters to various customers across the globe with a focus on quick and efficient identification of performance bottlenecks. Their solution includes pre-production performance testing/tuning and post-production monitoring. Their platform works on-premise and also on the cloud. Divami was approached to enhance the overall user experience of their platform and also to ensure that the experience is responsive across all form-factors. Our goal was to support the USP of Appedo to make it "Easy to use and intuitive responsive interface".

Airtel Limited is an Indian global telecommunications services company based in New Delhi, India. It operates in 20 countries across South Asia and Africa. Airtel provides GSM, 3G, 4G LTE mobile services, fixed-line broadband and voice services depending upon the country of operation. Divami was responsible for the complete User Experience (UX & UI) of the Airtel telecom services mobile app (Android & iOS) for Bangladesh, and it is live on both Google Play & App stores.

Transworld Group started as a shipping agency in India 40 years ago and is now a global leader in providing integrated and innovative logistics around the world. Avana, a Transworld Group subsidiary, provides integrated logistics solutions across Coastal Shipping, Liner Services, Refrigerated Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution and other customized logistic services. Avana aims to create a unique operational model, that uses technology to make accurate predictions, ensure high levels of efficiency, focus on automated operations, and simplify logistics across the Indian sub-continent and the Middle East. Divami played a key role in the design and development of Avana’s customer-facing flagship portal. We were responsible for the complete User Experience of the platform, as well as development of the UI with involvement right from the ideation all the way through post-rollout support. The mobile app on Google Play store and App Store and the customer portal are both live.

CORE (CM Office Real-time Executive) Dashboard, an e-governance initiative of Government of Andhra Pradesh is a visual display of the individual department’s KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), consolidated and arranged in a single frame so that the information can be monitored effectively by Honorable Chief Minister at a glance. The Dashboard, into which 33 State Government Departments are integrated is also available to the public, thus providing transparency in Governance. The Vision for completion of the Dashboard includes a Predictive Analytics interface for various personas to understand and analyze the KPIs. Divami has completely revamped the User Experience for the next generation Dashboard and also helped build the UI completing the project in record time to be launched by Hon’ble President of India.

Wurkr – is the only always-on “Working Together From Anywhere” RTC (real-time-collaboration) digital video platform for remotely connected workforce, especially focusing on remote sales teams. With Wurkr, businesses have complete control and visibility of their remote/flexible sales teams, which leads to better performance and retention, while sales people save wasted time in commuting, yet be part of the office environment and culture. It was a pioneer platform which prepared us for the new normal we all face today. Wurkr’s vision was that the app should “feel and work as if people are communicating in the real world”. So, at every stage, our designs had to address “how it would have been done if people were in front of each other”. We brought features such as quick conference and impromptu conversions which were well received by both stakeholders and users. We made use of subtle animations to bring interactivity and engagement to the app.

Semantify is a pioneer in democratizing cognitive search and knowledge discovery to end users and frontline staff at all levels and functions in an enterprise. The core technology layer integrates advanced analytics, natural language and machine learning to derive, in real time, hidden insights from across a broad spectrum of information and data sources. It is a powerful, big data discovery and analytics platform. It automates the grunt work of prepping, coding and extracting relevant data, freeing up the bandwidth of data experts for critical business analyses. We helped define the User Experience and delivered responsive designs for Semantify’s next-generation platform and also developed the complete UI.

Duke.ai is an AI driven platform that helps long-haul truck drivers manage their trucking finances. The AI engine eliminates the need for drivers to enter trip details and expenses by relying on scanned documents and emails and automatically itemizes payments, bills and expenses thereby greatly reducing paperwork effort. We defined the User Experience and designed the UI for the entire platform from the concept stage and helped build the mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The app is currently live in App Store and Google Playstore.

Metric Centre is a “single pane of glass” tool for infrastructure/cluster monitoring, integrated with custom Key Performance Indicators (KPI), custom data Direct Acyclic Graphs (DAGs), and custom data collection connectors with embedded performance analytics. The tool is focused on analytics from a business perspective and allows for data analysis for specific and ad-hoc needs using BI tools such as Tableau. Metic Centre is a tool that allows you to go beyond looking at just the infrastructure and jobs in a tabular manner, but allows determination of business impact, SLA monitoring, relative performances etc. pSolv approached Divami to define the overall UX and design and help with UI Development.
