DoubleStar was founded on a simple belief that the recruiting industry was due for radical change and innovation.So we set out to build a consulting firm (not a placement firm). We staffed it with professional recruiters possessing industry expertise (not brokers who never worked inside of a client’s organization) and created rational service-level pricing to replace transaction/placement fees.
