<p>After beginning his career as a therapist and educator, Matt made the transition to consulting out of a desire to provide talent management services to organizations. He serves as a trusted partner, seeking to identify the needs of his clients and then working to find winning solutions.</p><p>He also enjoys working with bright, highly motivated people and assisting them in taking the next steps in their careers. His style is highly collaborative and strengths-based. He believes in setting clear goals and helping his clients move forward.</p><p>Matt earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wake Forest University, a Master’s degree in counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Tennessee. He resides in Boone with his wife, Lauren, and spends his free time playing as much tennis as he can.</p>
