With more sports like skateboarding, Artistic skating, Inline Alpine skating, Inline hockey becoming Olympic, there is a need for proper data management for athletes, sports committees, and competition organizers. Project challenges The project aims to reach several audiences and types of users at the same time. We had a creative challenge of finding a suitable visual direction, as well as fitting numerous variables for user registration and activity Solutions Focusing on perfecting the user flows, Enkonix accommodates the needs of the user for uploading and filling personal information without unnecessary fuss and movements. Our UX/UI team worked on creating robust, but neatly organized interfaces. Results World skate is the governing platform for skateboarding and roller sports, officially recognized by the International Olympic Committee. The system allows National Federations to register their Delegations to World Skate events with the username and password provided by World Skate. Any user of a platform can have access to information about upcoming events and any changes connected with them. Together with this, there is much information such as news articles, results, and ranking. The platform is adaptive and can be applied to any other sport.
Being one of the highest-rated driving schools, NuTheorie needed to automate its customer support service. In order to improve overall workforce efficiency, Enkonix created a CRM system that would fully comply with requirements and satisfy the customer’s needs. Solutions We have created a CRM system that allows managing all applications, taking into consideration individual customer preferences. This lets Nutheorie reserve those dates that are available in CBR. Such planning helps to register all the students, thus increasing profit. We have developed an easy-to-use structure for the customer support department. They are able to track all client applications and receive updates on free time slots in different cities to match with client requirements. Our team has implemented Mollie payment service provider to the application form. This accelerates registration for the closest date and allows the sales department to contact potential leads. Results Our team rebuilt the architecture of the system, while preserving its core values. This helped to decrease the time and cost of implementing new features. We doubled processing speed, which reduced the number of bugs (and all the possible scenarios where they could have appeared) by a factor of two to three. We also improved reservation speed and made the process more convenient. We developed automated reports for customer support representatives, helping to enhance serving efficiency and decrease the cost to serve each client. Now the company uses almost half the resources on the customer service department than before. We rebuilt the landing page with the integrated Mollie payment service provider (70% of all applications are now billable).
Heleot Inc. is a startup based in New York that is building a community around micro video reviews on the latest tech and video game related products. Solutions We have created a custom video editor that generates a thumbnail storyboard for every uploaded video. This way the user can select the 30 seconds he wants to publish right on the platform. Our team decided to use Amazon S3 to store the content and Amazon Cloudfront to guarantee high access speed to the video reviews. Inappropriate videos are detected automatically. We integrated Heleot with Amazon Rekognition which analyzes all the uploaded videos, blocks suspicious content and sends notifications to the admin. To facilitate content indexing, the platform automatically generates a unique link and SEO attributes for every video. Results Watching poorly structured and convoluted video reviews in hope to find the exact product you actually need is a rather daunting experience. Heleots unique framework brings the perfect balance of entertaining yet informative content in a concise form, saving the trouble of going through hours of video reviews. It helps people to make educated consumer choices and connects people with the same interests. Enkonix team played a key role in the development of Heleots responsive web platform that is comprised of a web app for video reviewers and an admin panel for the business owner. Development of the project MVP took us 5 months and covered only the first phase of the product rollout. During MVP development we have focused on the functionality related to vlogging and social networking functionality. The project architecture and database were designed to be highly scalable and ready for functionality expansion, such as integrations with third-party services.
Abilene Consulting Platform is aimed to automate and facilitate the communication and information processing between Abilene Advisors and their clients that wish to audit the suppliers providing software and other services. Project challenges We had to develop a custom solution from scratch in 3 months. In this project, we had to automate the manual interaction of evaluators of Abilene Advisors with clients and suppliers. Solutions We've used new technologies in this project to improve the system management and configurability. Finally, it's done and the system is in production now, serving the business of our Client and providing a wide range of features to the end-users. Manual interaction provides maximal flexibility, it's always a challenge to replace the manual interaction with the solution that uses strict processes and keeps the users happy. We did it and together with Abilene Advisors, we're happy with the results. Results The platform features Evaluator interface (evaluators are the employees of Abeline), Client interface with a dashboard, and the possibility to provide a list of suppliers, as well as choosing plans and Supplier access for filling out questionnaires provided by the evaluator. New York based startup Augmented R view was founded with the purpose to revolutionize the way designers, architects and 3D artists collaborate when working on three-dimensional artworks with other people. Solutions We have built our own 3D models loader in order to eliminate the iOS 12 rendering issues. The know-how protects Augmented R view from similar issues in the future. The app detects all the nearby planes, including vertical ones and continues to analyze the area showing available planes as the user walks or turns around. To deal with the ARKit plane drifting issue we decided to attach the object to the plane. This prevents the plane from covering a part of the object while drifting. Our iOS developer has created a solution allowing to control shadow visualization. This functionality can work for multiple objects in a single scene. Our UX/UI designer reduced the number of app screens and used standard iOS control elements to simplify the user flow and ensure intuitive access to all the app features. We created a step-by-step tutorial that demonstrates how to use AR features. The camera screen always stays on the background highlighting the possibility of AR experience, but not interfering with the control elements. Results Enkonix team has created from scratch a set of applications and developed unique features: iOS app for iPhone and iPad for designers and reviewers. Responsive web app for designers and reviewers. Admin panel for business owners. Neat and comprehensive design for the iOS version complies with the Apple Human Interface guidelines and accommodates the standard actions familiar to iOS users. The web version uses the same styles and similar control elements and is adapted to mobile, tablet and desktop screens. Enkonix UI/UX design team created the brand identity and graphics for Augmented R view in close relationship with Augmented R views founding team. The project was integrated with Stripe and allows to manage subscriptions from the Admin Panel.

Janala is an e-learning platform focused on thematic videos that are tailored specifically to users’ preferences. Covering around 30 topics and 3000 videos, the platform is rapidly becoming the ‘Netflix’ of e-learning. Project challenges We needed to create an educational platform that would be able to facilitate improved learning experience through personalized videos. The platforms design had to be simple and easily adaptable to ensure optimal user experience regardless of device used. It was essential that we provide users with the highest quality of videos, even in situations where users may have weak internet connection. To achieve this, Enkonix had to employ specialized video streaming server networks. Solutions We developed a user-friendly website, through which both students and administrators can easily navigate. Our developers used an asynchronous video converter which can process dozens of video files simultaneously, in multiple qualities and video formats (HLS for iOS and DASH for other platforms). To provide seamless performance and high-quality audio-visual materials, we introduced CDN technology. We added a cross-browser custom video player, allowing us to track the actions of any and all users. This provides our client with analytics and full viewing statistics. Results Janala has become an incredibly successful platform for online education. Thanks to CDN, the system runs smoothly and can automatically improve user availability by automatically minimising loading delays. Our solution provides fast video streaming and reliability, regardless of location, time of day, or device. The custom video player helps the company to collect data on audience engagement, while the recommendation algorithm is based on the users individual preferences and watch history. Grocery Giant is a startup which makes grocery shopping much easier for both, customers and vendors. The platform allows buyers to get detailed information about grocery shops, availability of goods in them and the sellers can easily understand clients’ preferences. Project challenges We needed to create a single solution for both customers and vendors that would facilitate the Grocery Giant service. For the best user experience, we had to integrate different payment and navigation programs. Our developers had to build an app for both Android and iOS using the latest Google framework (Flutter). Solutions Dart syntax helped to reduce code development time by guaranteeing the coherent work of programmers. Flutter helped to develop great UI design for both Android and iOS versions of a mobile app. Content is rendered strictly within the screen boundaries (Safe Area) of the device. Integration with Google Maps and the implementation of Web Socket protocols ensures instant updates of order/delivery notifications. We enabled secure payment via the app by integration of the Stripe payment processing system. Vendors are able to easily handle orders more accurately, improve their productivity and decrease running costs. The admin panel helps to upload photos and descriptions of the products, choose the most suitable payment method, avoid delivery errors, and understand clients preferences. Customers can get detailed information on all the grocery shops around them, including product range and pricing. They can add/delete items to the cart, choose a preferred payment method, track the delivery on the chart or arrange a pickup.

Our solution lets tenants share their property feedback (information about cleanliness, building maintenance, infrastructure and neighborhood). Property owners can add a unit of real estate, claim property already created, see statistics on the visiting page, and change photos of their property. In addition, they can engage with the tenants (receive alerts, respond to reviews, and answer questions). Its website is easy to navigate and allows visitors to switch from e-book to video, choosing the most suitable option for them. The system runs smoothly, despite a high number of simultaneous visitors. The mentors gained the opportunity to track the progress of their students and identify the most problematic topics. Enkonix has designed and implemented a mechanism to secure all the visual data used in the course, preventing any attempt to copy material or record the video.
StartMy.Portal is a platform that allows financial companies to create training courses for their employees in order to help them grow and increase their productivity, improve the brand image, and boost the bottom line. It consists of different online simulators, evaluators, educational materials, questionnaires, which are managed by managers or mentors. Solutions Enkonix decided to implement the microservice architecture, so all the components could work independently. Thanks to this technology it was easier to build and maintain all the modules, to improve productivity, flexibility, scalability, and speed. Thanks to the comprehensible admin panel each part of the program is controlled by managers, who are able to adjust and to change content, tasks. They may invite participants, hold online sessions, check results/answers in real-time mode due to the WebSocket technology. Students have access to the program and all the materials prepared by the manager at any time and place. They can watch videos, read documents, pass simulator sessions individually, or in teams with their colleagues. Besides, the company can create open programs with free access to all those wishing to check personal skills. This allows to check employees' knowledge and gain additional skills. Their results may be used for the search and recruitment of better specialists. Project challenges We needed to build a flexible and universal system for developing surveys and tests. The design had to be easy to navigate through, so managers would be able to add tests. Enkonix had to create the possibility for students to save the session with the option to resume it later. Managers needed to track in real-time mode answers and results of their employees. Solutions We developed a flexible system in which questions can be adjusted to any inquiry. Designers created a user-friendly design that allows users to add, delete, and substitute tests. All students results are saved in the database. They may complete surveys or tests at any convenient time without starting them from the very beginning. All the process of passing tests and information transmitting is based on WebSocket technology, which allows controlling students sessions in real-time. The manager can set a time limit for tests passing, change questions (previous questions are saved in the archive where you can look through them and add back to active questions). StartMy.Evaluator is connected to StartMy.Portal in which managers can add programs, documents. Results Enkonix team created a solution that gives the possibility to educate workers in the financial field. Thanks to StartMy.Evaluator managers are able to create surveys, collect information, or participants opinions on certain topics. Tests may include single or multiple correct answers. Besides, the manager can check the students ongoing sessions in real-time mode, check his/her results and scores. StartMy.Bank Manager is a simulation game elaborated for students and specialists from all over the world. Project challenges We needed to create a simulator of the stock market with complicated graphs, a big amount of data, and calculations. The design of the interface had to be understandable and user-friendly. Enkonix had to create multi sessions that would allow a various number of participants to take a test simultaneously. We had to enable managers to create and supervise the session of each participant in real-time mode. Our solution required storage and processing of big amount of data, calculations, which are constantly and automatically updated individually for each participant. Solutions Our designers developed a comprehensive interface with intuitive navigation. It comprises all the information on one page, including additional adjustable tabs. We implemented WebSocket protocol which allows to process and update data in real-time mode for each participant accordingly to his/her work with it. Besides, WebSocket allows managers to invite participants, hold online sessions, check results/answers in real-time mode. Bank Manager is fully adapted for tablets and mobile devices. Managers have the possibility to create single session/group session programs, add educational materials, invite students, check statistics on sessions passing. Results Enkonix created a perfect solution for all the financial institutions that help to close the skills gap and train their workforce. Our simulator gives real-life challenges and tasks. Clients have access to the news, financial data (investments, markets, balance sheets, assets, and liabilities). The variety of tasks helps to create a multiskilled and agile workforce, which is a high priority for many companies in the fast-changing economy.
