Requirement: The client wanted to develop a Web app and Mobile App (Android and IOS) that enables customers to purchase mobile phones in any of their retail stores. They requested to have features like advanced search filter, location based searches, DU plans, deals and promotions. The client also wanted to integrate a swiping machine to allow the customers to purchase mobile phoneof their choice using on of the tablets with the app installed in it. Challenges Faced: Multilevel filters, Location Based Search, Complex bundling of different item in the store. Solution Provided: We built a tablet application using android studio, kotlin and android java. We were able to provide an entire range of useful filters based on brands, specifications, categories. Based on the geo location of the store where the customer is currently at, if a specified product is not available with all the preferred choices, then the app was able to fetch the requisite product from either a nearby store or main hub location with all their preferred options. Requirement: ETI is an accredited online training provider, who offers variety of IT courses for a subscription fee. They wanted to leverage simplilearn, who offer a wide portfolio of courses in various delivery formats. The client wanted us to port the content of a number of relevant courses from the parent site to his site. He also wanted to integrate a payment gateway to allow the users of the site to purchase courses they like. Solution Provided: We built the site with Magento with a dynamic responsive theme which supports devices of different sizes such as laptops, tablets and mobile phones. We developed a web crawler which was able to read the content of hundreds of courses from Simplilearn and was able to automatically format it to match the new site's style and theme. We integrated a payment gateway specific to their bank in Nigeria. We intgerated simplilearn with the site, so that registered users can use the training videos which they paid for. The CEO wanted an application to manage his clients, partners (Who are realtors) and their properties that they stage to help their clients sell them faster. He also wanted a way to record all the actions needed to stage different rooms in various levels of a house. Finally, he wanted all the calculations to be automated and a nice templated to be downloaded to be emailed to his clients. Solution Provided: We came up with a Responsive UI which could display uniformly accross devices of different sizes, so that their engineers can carry a tablet when on field and can work with desktop when they are in their convenience in the office, to record necessary actions for staging their house. We also came up with a tabbed interface, to modularize the data entry and to allow them to save small chunks of information at a time. They could jump between different tabs to view various details without heavy postbacks.
