Overview: The Global Expo in Dubai was a landmark celebration of cultural diversity and innovation, featuring global participation from numerous countries. eventlab was pivotal in enriching the event experience and operations, contributing to its international acclaim. Our Role: eventlab expertly recruited and managed a diverse team of over 1,300 event professionals, addressing a broad spectrum of functions from guest services and stage management to specialized roles. Our team supported major pavilions and ceremonies, enhancing the multifaceted needs of the Expo. Key Achievements: We provided critical support across various prominent pavilions, including the UAE Pavilion, KSA Pavilion, USA Pavilion, Singapore Pavilion, and DP World Pavilion. Our involvement in the opening and closing ceremonies, along with providing retail & porter services, significantly contributed to the Expo’s success as a global hub for cultural exchange and technological advancements. Unique Value Added: By delivering comprehensive staffing solutions, eventlab demonstrated incredible proficiency in managing complex, large-scale events. This not only reinforced our leadership in the industry but also highlighted our capability to seamlessly integrate diverse event requirements, ensuring efficient operations and superior guest experiences. Our strategic partnerships and operational excellence across key pavilions and ceremonies showcased our commitment to excellence at every level of event staffing.

Overview: Riyadh Season 2023 marked a historic milestone with the debut of the iconic Disney Castle in the Middle East. This grand event celebrated a century of Disney magic at Blvd City, drawing families and Disney fans to experience a blend of nostalgia and new adventures. Our Role: eventlab, in partnership with Balich Wonder Studios, was pivotal in amplifying the guest experience at Disney Castle. We strategically deployed over 70 ushers and 7 supervisors, who were not only proficient but also highly engaging, ensuring each guest felt welcomed and valued. Key Achievements: Our staff played a critical role across six themed zones—Lion King, Aladdin, Encanto, Frozen, The Castle, and Little Mermaid—where their interactions with guests added a personal and memorable touch to the fairy-tale setting. Their expertise in crowd management and guest relations significantly enhanced the overall experience.
