Overview About Evergreen Air Cargo Services

In 2000, the Evergreen Group responded  to the government's plan to turn Taiwan into an Asia Pacific Regional Operations Center and global logistics hub by setting up Evergreen Air Cargo Services Corp. (EGAC), a BOT project set up in conjunction with other well-known domestic and international enterprises.EGAC officially started operations on July 3, 2002 and began autonomous management as a customs-controlled warehouse in Nov., 2002. A strategic alliance was signed with the Taipei Customs Office (Ministry of Finance) in Nov. ,2004.EGAC occupies more than 45,000 square meters and is ideally situated at TTY International Airport, close to the cargo apron. The site is equipped with advanced automatic air cargo handling facilities capable of handling 820,000 tons of cargo annually.
