<p>Following a successful career in advertising account management, Jill Detwiler joined Fristoe &amp; Carleton as an executive recruiter in 2000. The firm grew quickly, helped by Jack’s background as a former advertising executive, and in 1993 ad industry veteran Robert Carleton joined the company. He became a partner two years later, and was instrumental in helping Jack leading the firm, renamed Fristoe &amp; Carleton, to its position as one of the leading niche executive search firms in the country.</p>
