Josh Wood Colour - Headless E-commerce/UX/CRO As with all great visionaries, Josh Wood Colour demanded greatness from their website design and function. They wanted their website and e-commerce platform to have more features and flexibility—also, as better performance when it comes to conversion rate, website speed, and brand loyalty. As constructed, the website did not allow for the realization of its full potential. The challenge was taking the existing Shopify e-commerce platform written in Liquid and transitioning to a headless approach. This challenge had to be met for Josh Wood Colour to continue uncovering unlimited opportunities and staying ahead of the competition. Once we analyzed the original version of our client's website and their business goals, we proposed the following research plan. To obtain basic user demographics and behaviors, we took a survey of ~20 Josh Wood customers. With the help of Useberry, we were able to analyze heatmaps for each screen which provided some valuable insights about the prototype. The study showed that only 8% of all users completed the test. Since quantitative studies don’t point out what problems users encountered, we conducted qualitative testing. Headless Ecommerce Shopify Shopify headless commerce was the first solution to overcoming the challenge of a lack of functionality. Headless e-commerce is a modern solution providing greater developer freedom and easier content management. Of course, transitioning from liquid template to headless e-commerce meant we had to update a number of plugins. The next solution focused on the challenge of increasing sales and improving conversion rates. To achieve this, we first dove into research and got to know Josh Wood Colour and their client base better. Additionally, we conducted user interviews and created buyer personas. All this led to redesigning the desktop and mobile interface and UX. Finally, vigorous evaluation with A/B testing and improvements. We had fantastic results and several key features were added.

Condomini provides an innovative solution to connect condominium managers and residents with an open line of communication. It is humbly beginning in Italy. Condomini needed a brand identity. Logo and website to expand to other countries. That's where Fourmeta came in. Our mutual affinity for creating products that make life more straightforward makes this an excellent case study. We created a brand identity that is easily recognizable and is visually appealing. The logo and other elements can be seen throughout, leaving a lasting impression. The website exudes practicality and simplicity with a minimalistic design that has all one needs. The website is intuitive and informative, with a clear breakdown of how it works, the benefits, and a properly placed CTA. We had a look at Google Analytics to get quantitative data and understand the user's metrics. We perfected the UX by creating personas and mapping out their UX journey. Many of Condomini's users prefer mobile devices, and therefore we designed the website to adapt to mobile devices of any kind seamlessly. The scrolling and visuals are impeccable, and the user friendly. We created a prototype to explore how users may interact with our designs. This is a great way to put ourselves in our users' shoes and review interactions and user flows. In addition, our team could collaborate and brainstorm ideas. We created a brand identity that is easily recognizable and is visually appealing. The logo and other elements can be seen throughout, leaving a lasting impression. A wide range Of fun illustrations was created to highlight the product's useability to a wide range of people and places. Hints of color, matching the overall palette, were inserted strategically to draw attention to critical features and captivate the user's attention.

Website The website turned out a little more loose than the identity. The modular grid is built according to the canons of material design: all margins and values are multiples of 8 pixels. It is based on an 8 column grid with a 32-pixel gutter. Process We didn't allow time constraints to affect the quality of our work. We incorporated a keen understanding of UX in order to create a logo and brand presence. Colour Palette The primary green color is the key indicator of the Mobilhub brand.
