Challenges: CECMP relied on a legacy system with no documentation, running on outdated and unsupported hardware in California. This posed significant challenges, impeding progress and efficiency. Our Project: To catalyze CECMP's growth and modernize their infrastructure, we embarked on a transformative journey: AWS Migration: We migrated their system to Amazon Web Services (AWS), freeing them from outdated hardware limitations. This facilitated better performance, scalability, and reduced operational complexities. Backup & Security Enhancement: Implementing robust backup processes ensured data integrity and reliability. Additionally, we bolstered system security to safeguard sensitive information effectively. Code Refactoring: We refactored certain application components, reducing manual effort and eliminating dependencies on outdated technologies like Microsoft Access. The result was a streamlined and efficient workflow.
