Challenge Our client needed our help with creating a Multi-PACS Workstation that would increase accessibility to studies by connecting info about them and enabling the gathering of the studies’ information across regions and different medical facilities. For decades, the same problems have plagued the radiology community: lack of accessibility to studies, working on disparate systems that have zero connectivity, and inability to read or dictate studies across regions due to medical facilities’ deficient interoperability. Dextro Imaging Solutions’ Multi-PACS Workstations solve these longstanding issues and so many more. Solution Our technical expertise, and collaboration with other medical experts, let us develop a complex system—the “switcher” that makes PACS selection instant. Each configured blade (up to 4 blades) supports a PACS client. The KVM connects these four blades. The doctors can instantly switch to any configured PACS while the additional sites continue to run independently and without interruption. The doctor can only click on the appropriate work list monitor screen, and the software should instruct the KVM to switch to that blade (for the diagnostic monitors). Results The software was developed from scratch and seamlessly integrated into radiologist-related workflows. Challenge Our team was developing Fuel from the ground for about 8 years and has been constantly delivering an innovative and robust solution. It’s accessible from the web or mobile device and provides unlimited modeling scenarios making Fuel crucial for owners, investors, property managers, appraisers, and brokers. Flexible pricing plans based on the customer asset quantity or period of usage are available. FEATURES IMPLEMENTED: - Financial modeling mechanism allows real-time calculation of all elements of cash flow and main financial metrics like IRR, Capitalization rates, and Equity multiplicators. - The product covers all areas of modeling: Revenue side, Expenses side (CapEx, OpEx), debt burden (loans taken) modeling, recoverability of expenses, etc. - Fuel reports are accepted by banks during the underwriting process. - Integration with market data providers (VTS, JDE, Strategic Group, RealPage Corp.) allows retrieving market data per industry/region/ property type, etc. - The product allows the creation of sensitivity layers – each factor can be changed and the result of such change is shown, allowing the incremental impact of every component to be seen. - Modeling mechanism counts all elements per property unit or tenant, monthly, and per each revenue/expense category. - Recoverability of expenses could be modeled on the tenant/unit level as % of the area occupied, % of overall costs, or an absolute amount.

The main task was to re-architecture the infrastructure for more flexibility, shift it to the Cloud, and modernize UI/UX while keeping database structure changes to a minimum. Solution We’ve built complete infrastructure from scratch moving the database to the Azure cloud, which was chosen for its security and reliability. Some core application parts were set as NuGet packages. Existing desktop features were modified and updated while front-end and API were created from scratch. Now the product has an intuitive and consistent interface and performs faster due to the cloud storage. Results The updated platform was not only successfully launched but also transitioned to a subscription model. Additionally, it integrates with third-party streaming services and allows players to place their bets through a convenient payment method in advance. Challenge GoGaWi turned to Glorium with a request to build a web and mobile application that can integrate with streaming services and receive transactions from multiple payment systems, including small and localized ones. Another challenge was in relation to compliance with legal regulations, as online betting is restricted in particular regions. Also, an application was supposed to handle short but intense traffic overloads, and responsively save the system resources when the traffic was down. The key task here was to create a robust payment network that would support many pay systems, sustain spikes of intense traffic, and block traffic in restricted areas. Solution Web and mobile apps with scalable applications for e-betting were built. Glorium ensured every payment system is integrated, and reduced the integration time for each payment method. Thanks to this, the web application is capable of receiving transactions from more than 20 different payment systems in various currencies. Traffic overloads were taken off, and the app can withstand massive volumes of traffic. Results Glorium built comprehensive and integrated web and mobile applications for esports betting that supports multiple payment systems, successfully handles intense traffic periods, and restricts traffic in certain areas. Our team has developed a framework that has enhanced and unified integration with different payment systems. As a result, it is now possible to place bets from small local payment systems.
