<p>Hello, Good HCD is a strategic Human Centred Design (HCD) provider. We specialise in Service Design (SD) User Experience (UX) and Customer experience (CX). This means we make your products and services better for your users, customers, citizens, and even staff by placing their needs at the centre of the design process.</p><p>We have a passion for outcomes that are inclusive, environmental, and ethical in practice. For this reason, we focus on community and government projects that are good for the public. We often teach HCD strategic principles to government clients through the Public Sector Network in training workshops in order to promote HCD maturity in the public sector.</p><p>We value working together with your organisation as a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT). This means we learn and deliver together as we accompany you by finding the right problem through research, analysis, and synthesis. The MDT ensures we are capturing both your organisational knowledge and our HCD strategy in delivering outcomes that are desirable by people, financially feasible and viable to deliver technically.</p>
