About 365games is an eSports platform for online gaming enthusiasts. Its goal is to unite gaming fans and diversify the gameplay. With the help of this platform, one can create a team, complete tasks, participate in partners' tournaments, and receive prizes. In addition, players could convert their points for completed tasks to cash rewards according to the platform's competitive rating. _____ Implementation Platform's MVP was developed to analyze the audience, understand the basic needs, and develop hypotheses at the early stages of product development. We've divided all the functions into two versions: MVP with main features (5-6 months to launch). The second platform version with regard to new features and tested theories. _____ Results The client received a ready-made MVP of the platform in 6 months. The final project included detailed server logic, essential functions, and a marketing website. In addition, we added the in-platform and e-mail user notification system according to the client's request. The platform is being tested by esports players, gaming bloggers, and streamers. According to the plan, the next version of the product will have the following elements: In-game store to exchange points for gaming merch. Chat for players inside the platform. Mobile application based on the ready-made server logic from the web application. It'll allow using the platform without folding the game on the PC. Micro-management opportunities for gaming teams. For example, communication and fan events.
About the client Corefy — is a universal multifunctional payment platform for online businesses and financial establishments. It unites over 650 providers and 400 payment methods. The task Initially, Corefy appealed to us for their website redesign. The Corefy company was growing fast, and despite the website being relatively new, it could not reflect the client's real scale and capabilities. The old website missed lots of the Corefy products and was stylistically obsolete. In the meantime, the company planned a range of marketing activities, a substantial part of which was connected with digital communications. And a new website is supposed to be an important part of this process. The result The result of this project was a large presentation site with 30+ pages. Graphics, animation, and infographics were used to present a very complex fintech product. The site loads quickly, despite a large number of graphics and animations. The average page load speed according to Google Search Speed is 85 points for mobile, and 90+ points for desktop, with some pages ranging from 98-99 points. In 2020, this project took 1st place at the Web Awards in the Banking, Finance, Insurance category.
About the project CREO is an educational platform for designers. The company develops its own courses in graphic design, motion design, and web design, and also helps students to get their first freelance jobs and consult them about freelance platforms workflow. The task CREO has been functioning for a few years, and they used to publish their courses on one of their existing platforms. But it had many disadvantages, such as limited functionality, not very convenient interface, and outdated design. Users also complained about it. Sometime later, the CREO team had a vision of what a learning platform should be and decided to develop their own product. And with this task, they applied to Goodface. Development process First stage - its development of MVP. This is a simple version of the system, which includes only the most important features. We helped the client to determine the scope of the required functions, form the structure, develop a project plan and estimate the terms. Everything was drawn up as a technical assignment. The client accepted our proposals and we started the development of the MVP. The basic version of the CREO platform includes the following features: the system of users, administrators, and curators; course store; user’s personal account; managers’ admin panel; course completion system; home tasks; video lessons and various content for students. Participation in the accelerator After the launch of the MVP, the CREO team applied for participation in the accelerator StartUp Academy 2.0 with Meta. The first stage was successful: CREO was shortlisted from 100 startups selected from among 3,000 participants. Then, from these 100, 40 finalists will be chosen who will be able to undergo training. And afterward, the top 10 will receive funding.

About the project Keto.diet is a food tech platform. It's based on the concept of Keto — a diet with low carbohydrates and high protein, and healthy fats. A person starts losing weight through diet, carbohydrate deficiency, and minimal physical activity such as walking or doing simple exercises. It's a stress-free diet with enough healthy fats, proteins, and vegetables for balanced nutrition. The platform allows users to create a diet based on their needs: whether they want to lose weight or build muscle mass. All you need to do is pass a test of several questions. Then, the algorithm will do the rest. The results We've been improving the platform for two years in a row. This is how the platform moved from MVP to a full-fledged product. Through Goodface and Keto.diet's marketing tandem, the platform reaches $1 million in revenue and 100,000 monthly users. The result took a year and a half: six months to test hypotheses and a year to develop a marketing strategy. Results of the MVP After three months of work, the client received a ready-to-launch platform. The Keto.diet team launched the first advertisement. After another three months of research and testing, the project took off and brought in its first revenue. The client covered the cost of the MVP in the first year of the project's existence. About Client German company KARL STORZ is one of the biggest endoscopes and medical equipment manufacturer for medical and veterinary purposes in the world. In the 1950s, the company was among the first who produced endoscopes. Nowadays, it’s a large corporation with affiliates in more than 40 countries all over the globe. In the early 2000s, KARL STORZ opened a Ukraine branch and began providing its systems to our country. One of the Ukraine branch directions was education: A training center was established in Kyiv in order to perform educational events for medics and display the company’s products. The task Develop a digital complex for a medical equipment brand, which included: Presentation website for the educational center An online platform for broadcasting medical events Design of a mobile app for a service center. The results At the moment, we have implemented the basic functionality of an online telemedicine platform. And, nevertheless, this is a full-fledged working product - broadcasts are regularly held on the platform and new users are getting registered. Bill_line — is a payment system for online businesses. The team serves online stores, banks, gaming platforms, and other sites with online payments. The company provides a personal user account with analytics on payments, currencies, and products to its clients. Based on this, the client forms a report. The task The Bill_line website has not been updated for a long time, and the logo and visuals are outdated. And personal account settings were difficult even for regular customers. We were given the task of bringing the site up to the level of modern payment systems and simplifying the user account. The results The result of this project was an updated presentation website and a convenient user's account. The product is adapted to the needs of users and trends of the fintech industry. 1. Modern logo and brand identity The brand identity and styling of the site correspond to modern ideas about the quality of the payment system. We focused on the convenience, customer orientation, and security level of working with Bill_line. 2. Updated corporate website The new site is simple and easy to use. Interactive hints and instructions have been thought out on every page so that new users can work without technical support or with minimal consultation. 3. User`s personal account Regular users talk about positive changes: it is easy to monitor analytics in the account, and generate reports for the business. This was also noticed by new clients who were not familiar with the Bill_line product before. And now they use the site every day.
