We designed and developed a Social Platform to bring the Blood Donors and Recipients on a common platform so that the process of the Blood donation is streamlined. Blood is in perennial short supply. 60% of the population can donate blood but only 4% do so and there is a perpetual shortfall of blood donors. GCT developed Native Apps along with an admin section and standalone website for the client. The Blood donor mobile App aims to connect a blood donor with receivers and facilitate the process of blood donation to save precious lives in crisis situations. Using the Mobile App, the user can register a blood donation request and get suitable blood donors. On the technical front, the Apps utilize Node.js/ PostgreSQL /Objective C /Java and SQLite server. The third party API’s from Google Maps and Facebook have also been integrated into the app.
We developed an app for youth league coaches and managers. This app helps team coaches for batting line-ups and in positioning players for youth baseball tournaments. The app supports iPhone/iPad plus Android phones and tablets and makes baseball game management easy and organized. The app has the ability to edit available positions and allow managers to add extra players/ outfielder. It eliminates paper work and reports can be saved and shared as a PDF or compatible excel file for the league. The app can sync between the phone and tablet and can be accessed from anywhere. The app has the following features: Create account Create the team Set the lineup Add, drop, move the lineup around with ease Set games, locations, dates and times Set the player positions for every inning Export to PDF or compatible Excel file Print the lineup for the dugout and other team Sync data across other mobile / tablet devices every time you log out The App is a social platform for coaches and managers.
