Scooch offers best-in-class nutritional and dietary dog supplements. We were happy to join up with Scooch at the stage of their transition from a simple ecommerce website towards becoming a fully fledged pet wellness platform. Foremost, Scooch wanted to increase their Shopify store conversion by updating its design and implementing new features. On top of this, they wanted to go beyond traditional vet visits by coming up with modernized development enhancements, such as a pet health dashboard with online vet recommendations to improve the health of dogs. We took on the challenge of making a healthy digital environment for caring dogs lovers by getting the most out of Shopify. For designing and building a website we opted for Webflow. It let us complete the project within 3 months with one designer-developer. Next, crafting a compelling brand story. The goal was to showcase product features and communicate the company's mission. Immersive design and highlighted colorful tracks created dynamic storytelling. Scroll-triggered animation based on optimized video files allowed us to keep fast site loading speed. 3D visualization of the objects embodied the effect of the real-life mode. Based on the website design style, we developed the MVP of the “Vehicle on Demand” mobile app. The app was published on Test Flight, which allowed the team to gather initial feedback from early users and plan further steps in its development.

As a result, Salesforce Commerce Cloud developers engineered an easy-to-install SFCC solution, that helps to faster drive new customers and increase conversion rates up to 11%. With the development of the platform, there was a strong need to add more functionality to the cartridge that would affect the front-end actions for the customer. The focus of the project was the overall technical analysis of the cartridge and its health with the fast bugs elimination and required upgrades to the system. Riskified enlisted Grinteq as its Salesforce commerce cloud partner to update its existing SFCC cartridge. After the comprehensive technical evaluation of the cartridge, we fixed identified bugs and made necessary improvements to enhance its security, checkout fraud detection flow, and site analytics. Within the required timelines, Grinteq added new functionality, incorporating features that included the log in, account creation, and reset passwords activities. With the upgrades, Riskified has become stronger for SFCC merchants to generate extra ecommerce sales, mitigate fraud and build trust with their customers.
