Harrison Human Resources (HHR) is a HR consulting, contracting and outsourcing business helping CEOs to build great places to work and deliver amazing business results through higher productivity and decreased employee turnover.
Founded in 2009 by Managing Director Claire Harrison, HHR was created after Claire – a lover of her work and of her family – decided to leave her corporate career as a HR Director. Having worked in good and not so good workplace cultures, Claire is passionate about the critical link between great people, customer satisfaction and business success. HHR was born out of Claire’s desire to help businesses attract and retain great people to achieve their business goals, and most importantly for people to make meaningful contributions and connections at work.
At HHR we save you time, money and stress by helping you to manage and motivate your people, and deliver a high performance culture through your dedicated HHR Team who identify your big picture needs and deliver your commerically focused insourced or outsourced service. All of our HR Managers are tertiary qualified with considerable experience as a HR Manager across a variety of industries.
