The app allows for tracking sales, uploading files, making forecasts, and managing everything at any level of the supply chain. ComOpps streamlines and unifies all the processes by reducing your reliance on spreadsheets and bringing all your people, processes, and technologies together. Challenge: The key objective of our client was to turn the existing website into a smart cloud-based solution that could help suppliers automate their daily operations and increase efficiency by making accurate forecasts for manufacturing and supply. Therefore, ComOpps needed a tech vendor that could bring their ideas to life and develop functional apps for iOS and Android. The IDAP team was to perform the following tasks: Develop a unified cloud-based solution for merging custom apps, databases, ERP, and CRM systems Automate and streamline complex tasks and processes Upload and processing large volumes of data Extensive role and permission system Custom forecasting system with the ability to upload S&P reports for further analysis Challenges completed: As of 2022, the project is still in progress, but our team has already accomplished the following tasks: Single platform for all processes omOpps Enterprise handles all supply chain management operations. Manual labor reduction The platform integrates all the tools and systems minimizing manual entry processes. Efficient and accurate forecasting ComOpps allows for uploading S&P reports and predicting the needed supply of materials for the years ahead.
