Description The My Storyous mobile app functions as a sales report that is connected to Storyous by Teya (formerly known as Storyous by SaltPay), a leading POS solution. Challenge Storyous, who we had previously worked with at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic to develop a takeaway mobile app - #kdesenajim, approached us with a clear brief - to redesign their mobile app called My Storyous. Solution After a thorough analysis, we decided to create a brand new app for both iOS and Android, focusing on simplicity and user-friendly design. The app is connected to the Storyous by Teya solution and serves as a sales overview especially for restaurant managers. Compared to the previous app, we added several new features that in some cases even surpassed the web solution. Results “I'm incredibly pleased with iDevBand's performance. Description Pure Storage, a renowned provider of all-flash storage solutions whose clients include big names such as NASA, Meta and Roblox, worked with us to update their Pure1 mobile app. This project involved transforming their existing app into a more advanced and user-friendly hybrid mobile app. Challenge Pure Storage needed to upgrade its Pure1 mobile app and rewrite it from Apache Cordova to Flutter technology. They needed to retain all the key elements that made the original app popular with its users, while giving the app a modern coat and design, all of which had to be achieved within a challenging timeframe. Solution We reverse engineered the app and due to the clear deadline for completion, we decided to design and develop the app at the same time, which is not a standard simple process. On schedule and with the required test coverage, we delivered a modern hybrid app compatible with iOS and Android. The app boasts a fresh design with an improved user experience. Additionally, we have streamlined certain processes within the app.
Description Online Ambulance is a digital solution that we created for Moje Ambulance, the largest network of general practitioners in the Czech Republic. This complex solution includes a mobile application, server solution, back office and CRM system, which are designed to digitalize and streamline healthcare processes not only for patients, but also for doctors and other staff. Challenge The challenge was not only to develop an intuitive mobile app, but also to integrate a software solution from the 1990s with a modern cloud-based system and to ensure scalability and security of patient-doctor communication. Solution Our approach began with an in-depth analysis of the existing processes, enabling us to provide a bespoke system that simplified and automated many operational tasks. This comprehensive solution includes a user-friendly mobile app, a robust, secure and scalable server infrastructure, an effective back office system that functions as a multi-platform desktop application for staff to handle mobile app-related tasks, and a CRM system for data management. All these solutions are seamlessly integrated for maximum efficiency and security. The hybrid mobile app (iOS and Android) serves users not only to view information and important notifications about their GP branch, but also to communicate directly with medical staff. The app is particularly revolutionary in the breadth of its features. Thanks to a sophisticated request system, users can make requests for diagnosis, medical examination, documentation (for example, for a driver's license), symptom determination and quarantine in the context of Covid-19. A very important feature is also the requests for medication and prescription, which is integrated with the public e-prescription service, for the easiest dispensing of medicines. Furthermore, users can, for example, view their laboratory results, measurement results, or various lists such as medications taken. And since prevention is very important in health matters, the app also includes a user education section. Results Online Ambulance Mobile App achieved an impressive 97% customer satisfaction rate from over 22,000 ratings and has efficiently resolved over 100,000 requests. However, the real impact of our solution is not just in numbers, but also in a significant increase in efficiency. By automating and digitizing key processes, we have significantly saved time for staff. Doctors and medical staff now spend less time on administrative tasks, allowing them to focus more on patient care.
