illuminz solved the problem of commuting in Cambodia - for foreign travelers and people of Cambodia. Cambo Tickets, Cambodia’s first Online Ticket aggregators approached us with a Travel idea that made Taxi, Bus and Ferry booking easier for the people in Cambodia. We went into deep research about the culture of the country and what systems were being used at that time for making reservations. The solution we produced is quite popular booking destination in Cambodia. It's a big success.
MySeaTime came to us with a complication that needed creative thinking. They wanted to have a big portal for mariners to find jobs and apply to them, but the job application is a huge pain for mariners. They had to fill a huge form for every job they wanted to apply for. That not just took a lot of their time in repeat work, but it could sometime result in wrong information filled in hurry. We completely eradicated that by just uploading a pdf of the mariner's profile. What we found out was that every mariner gets a profile copy when they get into the profession - from their Government. This profile had almost 90% of the data which needed to be filled into these forms. So, when mariners attach this profile to their accounts on Myseatime, and when anytime they wanted to apply to the desired job, their details got auto-filled. Now they just had to click on Send application . The hectic form filling situation! illuminz made form filling experiences better for the user.
Green Globe, a renowned standard of certification for the tourism industry was facing major problems in auditing and managing the properties. They were maintaining and compiling Excel Sheets for Audits. They were exchanging these files back-and-forth and that was costing a lot of time and capital. These were really huge forms. illuminz gave insightful solution for the massive Form Filling problems of the Green Globe. We created all the standards (there are many questions), and now properties could easily fill in the compliance details, upload the images, videos and documents needed. This made it quite easy for auditors to check and get back to properties.
