For over 20 years, Imarc has partnered with Marriott to maintain its asset library. Recently, the Imarc team updated the site to blend a professional look and feel with well-defined user flows to create a holistic digital experience. Throughout the project, Imarc’s team worked to identify ways to enhance user paths and position Marriott to stand out from competitors. Extensive research was done in order to identify the primary user personas and determine the best ways to enhance the experience. A key focus was to pinpoint methods to improve the site’s useability and ensure that user paths were as seamless as possible for Marriott’s internal team. Throughout the project, Imarc drew from years of experience working with Marriott to develop a robust, easy-to-use asset library that will allow for smooth future updates. The new assets are tightly aligned with Marriott’s updated brand and allow for optimal use across all browsers and devices. Since 2018, Imarc has worked closely with Bright Horizons as its Agency of Record to enhance its online presence. Imarc supports Bright Horizons as a valuable extension of the team by providing strategy, user experience, creative design, and web development expertise. Imarc continues to manage the massive Bright Horizons Sitecore infrastructure plus a number of additional projects guided by Imarc’s Key Accounts team. Over the years, Imarc has launched a number of sites across the Bright Horizons digital ecosystem through the Sitecore platform. This includes over 800 sites for its premier clients including College Coach and Brookfield Academy. The first project Imarc and Bright Horizons worked on was the launch of Bright Horizons’ domestic client sites. After this success, Imarc did the same for the Bright Horizons UK client sites. The next project was to upgrade all sites to the Sitecore platform. To do this, the Imarc team audited and cleaned preexisting technical debt that would contribute to a seamless future upgrade. Following a year of work, Imarc successfully upgraded Bright Horizons to Sitecore 9.2, and we are looking ahead towards an upgrade to 10. Imarc also updated Bright Horizons’ Virtual Learning Center (VLC). The VLC is an online, password-protected destination that provides clients access to valuable resources that pertain specifically to their company. Imarc greatly improved the user experience, modernized the visual design, and streamlined the navigation. Imarc continues to work with Bright Horizons to enhance the VLC. Other successful projects include updating the Bright Horizons ecosystem to be WCAG compliant, improving conversions through lead forms, optimizing their Center locator, improving search using Solr, and progressing towards a true Helix architecture. Imarc recently redesigned Beacon Hill’s website to elevate its position in the industry, engage key audiences, and improve content management efficiency. Imarc kicked off the project with strategy and discovery. The Imarc team worked with Beacon Hill to identify the optimal functionality, content, and user journeys for the site. Extensive upfront discovery allowed the team to establish goals and create a plan tailored to Beacon Hill’s needs. In particular, Imarc built wireframes of key pages, facilitated stakeholder interviews, and defined the job seeker workflow. To build excitement around the new website, Imarc created a website launch social media campaign. Imarc also worked with Beacon Hill to optimize its digital marketing landscape. This began with an audit to identify areas that needed optimization. Imarc provided guidance around strategic goals and restructured Beacon Hill’s pay-per-click (PPC) framework to increase ROI. Imarc’s team worked to enhance Beacon Hill’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool, HubSpot, to support lead nurturing and marketing automation. Imarc’s mission for Beacon Hill was to create the ideal user experience. The User Experience team developed personas that align with Beacon Hill’s target audiences and outlined distinct user journeys.
