United India Insurance wanted a facelift to their current platform with an upgraded, interactive and intuitive customer engagement web platform with automated self-service capabilities to elevate its brand image and stay relevant with current market dynamics dominated by digital transformation. The existing legacy platform was unresponsive, slower and complex. Agents used to spend most of their time to ensure operational elements like updating content in the website, performing standard transaction workflow instead of focusing on their core competencies of expanding their customer base and better servicing their customer due to the legacy server and database management and complicated customer interface. They wanted a complete rebranding of their existing platform with an interactive, streamline and faster customer interface with updated information regarding product portfolio and enhanced self-service capabilities for an end to end next-gen customer journey from enquiry, tender, purchase, transaction and case management.

AU Small Finance Bank wanted a website that would the digital representation of its brand identity. The web portal would enable the bank to easily connect with its existing and new customers all over India. This would also help to spread information and updates faster. AU Small Finance Bank got in touch with INT to develop the website. In addition to conceptualising the entire website, INT designed, developed, integrated the backend processes and continues to maintain them. The AU Small Finance Bank is completely in compliance with the RBI IT security guidelines.
Mattel Inc. wanted to venture into the territory of gamification and wanted to create more gamify their product portfolio under its own brand in order to expand their customer base. Mattel Inc. identified a new customer base who do not have access to their physical product offerings. They wanted to diversify and cater to that market need to expand their customer growth. Additionally, they were struggling to identify ways to monetize their gamified application. They wanted an attractive and engaging gaming experience in the mobile application to cater to their primary target group, kids. They wanted to ensure the user experience should be intuitive, appealing yet easy-to-navigate enough for kids to be thrilled by it. Additionally, they wanted to monetize their gaming application.
Singapore Life needed a solid solution that would put its sales, onboarding, customer service and profile management processes under a single portal's umbrella. Customer data was duplicated in many instances, repetitive applications were submitted, and retrieving accurate data became a tedious task for its agents. In addition, when existing customers called up the customer care with issues or questions, agents were unable to deliver timely service because customer information was stored in multiple locations, and many a times information was not up to date. The company also wished to get more of its agents in banks to sell policies to customers: a feat which was possible only if stringent banking security standards were met. A major online betting company wanted to bring mobile apps and betting terminals (consoles) to people who like to place bets responsibly. Their objective is to increase the accessibility of betting experience beyond casinos and placing a high-performance betting console at storefronts, malls and other commercial areas. One of the major challenges is to provide optimum experience via embedded systems placed at commercial areas as those systems possess limited computational power. Another challenge was to manage synchronous data streaming and updating across all platforms and minimize/ neglect system lag. They wanted an attractive and engaging betting experience in a mobile application that would encourage users to place bets right from their smartphones and tablets. The key difficulty was maintaining uniformity of experience and data synchronization between mobile apps and web view.
Ageas Insurance wanted INT to build an intuitive, responsive and automated core Insurance Management Solution. Additionally, they wanted to provide their partners, agent and customers superiors experience in their customer journey on the platform with automated workflow, self-service capabilities, transaction and data security. Previously Ageas used to sell most of its policies through agents and with the new age digital world, customers wanted to interact directly with their service providers. Additionally Ageas’s parters and agents wanted to possess better control for their client data management. Furthermore, Ageas wanted to update its core system by eliminating redundant platforms and processes by integrating flexible platforms. They wanted an automated policy management platform with policy administration, policy management, claim management and channel management. Additionally, they wanted to establish a direct channel contact with their partners, brokers and customers via an intuitive, secure and self-service platform.
IndusInd bank wanted to transition from a complicated and paper-based credit lending process to a digitally advanced credit lending platform for their pre-approved customers. Ease of use, seamless navigation and robust security are the mandatory criteria for the credit processing platform. Furthermore, IndusInd observed their loan approval and processing system requires significant time in operational activity completion and is quite complex. There exist multiple numbers of handoffs and stakeholder involvement along the line of the entire loan processing customer journey. They wanted to minimize the lead time from loan origination to disbursement with an automated loan processing system. They wanted to offer a holistic platform to buy and sell foreign exchange, convert currency, perform outward remittances, and multi-currency Forex cards as well to cater to customers' growing banking needs.
Tesco Bank wanted a web application that was focused on end customers, limiting the project to a B2C model. Tesco Bank wanted to build an effective platform that would help consumers to purchase travel policies without worrying about availability on desktops and laptops, documentations, verifications, calculations etc. In short, Tesco wanted all these features on a web application that could also be used on a mobile platform. In order to elevate customer service and optimise cost, TESCO approached INT to create an intuitive mobile platform. The idea was to create an ecosystem them and their white-label insurance partner track all insurance-related queries on the go.
SBI GENERAL wanted an interactive and intuitive customer engagement web platform to improve customer experience, elevate its brand image, and stay relevant to current market dynamics dominated by digital transformation. The existing legacy platform could not automate and required an agent’s focus on relatively simpler workflows like providing detailed product details rather than supporting complex workflow involving multiple interactions and stakeholder involvement. They also wanted to compete with the new-age platforms digitally by enhancing their reach with an online presence for long term gains.
SOMAX wanted an application that was a substantial shift from its legacy desktop asset management system which was neither scalable nor portable. The system provided no real-time reports, was not easy to maintain, possessed no advanced features and was not easy to distribute. They wanted to use IoT based devices to deliver their asset management solutions to manufacturers and factories. This would enable the latter to minimize breakdowns and help them to take corrective actions.

INT re-engineered and redesigned KWallet to provide more self-service opportunities, easy checkout, real-time & relevant promotions and tailored rewards. But the real uniqueness is the mobile payment. The app guarantees the simplicity of the shopping online and the security of a credit card transaction. For the retailer, it gives a one-to-one connection and rich data about shopping behaviour. KWallet gradually reduces the cost to provide the core components of the in-store shopping experience.
The Nordic countries have a highly developed banking system. They also have a very deep mobile device penetration within the population. A large section of foreign workers from the neighbouring European countries travels to the Nordic countries to work. Mobile wallets would enable these migrant workers to quickly make bill payments and money transfers using their smartphones. Unfortunately, there was no product in the market at the time that addressed foreign remittances, GDPR compliance and smooth UX. This market opportunity was addressed by INT. INT developed an Android and iOS app that made paying bills, receiving and sending money easily. Additionally, security measures and firewall protection were put into place so that the application was GDPR compliant. INT developed a web app for the client so that it could also receive and make payments on behalf of the customer. This becomes important when we consider cross-border payments. To tackle the same, INT implemented solutions such as TransferTo, HomeSend and Tink. Last but not least, INT developed a web-based stable admin panel to facilitate customer and staff management. Mental Vision Games is the brainchild of visionary blind entrepreneur Joe Quirk. It creates video games, also known as Immersive Action Games, for visually impaired individuals. Joe sought to exploit both these opportunities. With the help of INT, he planned to build a video game for the blind that would leave Audio Defense far behind. He also wanted to make sure that it could be released on the Apple App Store. Problem Statement Audio Defence is one of the most famous immersive action games in history. Immersive action games refer to video games that are specifically designed for the visually impaired community. Mental Vision Games approached INT with an idea to create a video game for the visually impaired that would also be mobile-friendly. Unfortunately, at that time, very few companies were in the business of developing video games for the visually impaired. In such a market, INT offered to build an immersive game for scratch. Furthermore, it guaranteed to MVG that it would deliver a game that would be free of all glitches. Business Solution INT created the game engine from scratch. The setting was a circus – not the typical kind of game settings that you are looking for. Most video games go a safe and conventional way such as zombies, etc. Together, Mental Vision games and INT developed a game that was not just meant for the visually challenged. It was also designed keeping in mind the hearing impaired and those who cannot get up from their seats. The idea was that as long as you had hands, you could play this game. According to Joe, even people with vision would be able to enjoy the game if they pretend to be blind by closing their eyes. As a business model, Joe Quirk had a similar idea as the creators of Audio Defence to monetise the app. Initially, the app could be purchased for a few dollars. Afterwards, users are encouraged to avail in-app purchases.

They sought Indus Net Technologies' help to revamp the portal and ready it for tomorrow. Redesigning a website is more of a business requirement than a luxury. As most websites were built a few years ago or during the 2000s, it is important to redesign them to suit today's and tomorrow's needs and expectations. Indus Net Technologies used AngularJS framework to build pages in HTML, and revamp the existing website. Many web apps today use AngularJS. This structural framework for dynamic pages allows HTML to be the template language while keeping an application minimalist and clean.
