Challenges of TymeBank: Create a robust digital banking platform and enhance customer channels. Actively engage in the complete lifecycle of Tyme's new digital banking platform, including design, development, and maintenance. Obtain the advanced technical design and coding skills with in-depth knowledge of product development. Develop comprehensive test cases to uphold high-quality and reliable product deliveries. Work in cross-functional teams in Scrum and DevOps model to encourage collaboration and continual improvement within projects. Solutions: We have provided a dedicated offshore mobile development team with 9 key members. Project Challenges: Tymebank had set a deadline too short with a heavy workload.
