Summary: The vision was bold and innovative - to create a peer-to-peer lending platform that would enable everyday people to lend and borrow money directly, disrupting the traditional banking system. InovarTech's IT expertise and consulting helped make this vision a reality. We started by aligning technology with business goals, focusing the tech strategy on enabling speed, scale and reliability for the new platform. This required a diverse set of technologies and skills, from blockchain and AI to cloud infrastructure and security. Business continuity was paramount, so we designed a robust and redundant infrastructure that could withstand high traffic and unforeseen events. Finally, new technologies are expensive so we focused on maximizing ROI. We implemented cost-efficient solutions, utilized open source where possible, and designed for optimal performance to yield the greatest impact per dollar spent.
An agriculture company hired InovarTech to provide Gross to Net analytics and investment recommendations using ML. They worked on a sample data cleanup, built a model, and tested it.

Homelessness is a huge problem in Seattle, with over 10,000 people without shelter. The City's Navigation Team and Police Department struggled to manage encampments and connect homeless citizens with services. Their manual processes were inefficient. InovarTech developed the NavApp , a Dynamics 365 solution to combat homelessness. With a design-led approach, we proposed a comprehensive technological solution.
InovarTech was tasked with revamping an MS Teams platform for an eSignature SaaS startup. This is was part of their effort to expand the reach and easier to use software for Enterprises. Motivation The app quality checklist (V1 improvements) sharedby Microsoft Teams based on theirinternal research caters around lowering the churnrates and increasing Monthly ActiveUser (MAU). As per the data shared by our MS partners, movinginto the collaborative space has thepotential of increasing 8X new user acquisition. The active tenant’s data of our app suggests thateven though our usage is spreadacross multiple users from multiple companies, ithas not been adopted at an institutionlevel. Hence moving into the Teams space will helpSignEasy to be adopted across thecompany which in turn will increase our MAU and MASS.
The project aimed to deliver technology solutions to the client Microsoft Alumni Network (MSA). The primary objective of the project was to create a future-proof and scalable architecture that could support the needs of MSAN and its growing user base. The team designed and implemented a system using latest Microsoft Power Pages with Dynamics CRM online as the backend that could scale as needed, ensuring that MSAN could continue to provide its services to its members without interruption. In addition to creating a solution with next gen technology, the team reimagined the website and backend by designing a user experience. This involved creating an intuitive interface that was easy to navigate, as well as ensuring that all members had access to the information and resources they needed.
Summary: In order to optimize the invoicing and payment transaction processing experience for JPMC's business customers by providing them near real-time updates on transaction statuses and accurate reporting on historical transaction data, thereby reducing data loss, manual data entry errors and lengthy processing times, Inovar has designed an integrated solution that connects JPMC's data services with their business customers' Dynamics 365 instances. Solution: The proposed solution consists of the following key components: A customized middleware service that will receive incoming transaction data from JPMC's APIs and customer Dynamics 365 instances, process the data and route it to the relevant systems. This middleware service will also standardize the data format to facilitate integration. A set of data integration plugins that will synchronize data between JPMC's internal data clusters and customers' Dynamics 365 instances on a scheduled basis. These plugins will push new and updated transaction records from the middleware service into Dynamics 365 and pull any changes from Dynamics 365 into JPMC's systems. A customized UI module embedded within customers' Dynamics 365 instances that will provide a streamlined view of their financial information and transaction statuses, sourced from the integrated data.
T-Mobile's employees were working in silos with little collaboration across teams and departments. Productivity and innovation were suffering due to lack of communication and sharing of information. By implementing new technologies like cloud platforms, collaboration tools, and process automation software, we were able to break down silos and transform the way T-Mobile employees work together. Employees now have a centralized place to access information, share files, chat in real time, and track projects together. Reducing friction and facilitating collaboration through technology has increased productivity, sped up decision making, and fostered a more innovative culture at T-Mobile.
